Chapter Twenty: Yeehaw Streaming in a New Place

♪ 'cause like constellations a million years away ♪

The buzzing of my phone woke me up the next morning. My vision was blurry because I don't have my contacts in, but I could tell that it was a FaceTime, and there's only one person who actually FaceTimes me. "HELLO AUTUMN!" The voice boomed as I answered the phone, "Mornin' Tommy." "Wait morning?" Then Tommy realized, "Oh righttt, time zones." "Pffft." I laughed at him, "So, what're you calling me about?" "Well, I was sad that I didn't get my daily FaceTime call from you yesterday, and I was worried you weren't gonna call today." Tommy replied and I apologized, "Yeah, sorry about that, I was traveling yesterday." "Where are you?" He asked and I answered, "Frey's." "You're at Frey's?!" Exclaimed Tommy and I shushed him, "Okay, okay, quiet down, no one knows yet except for Karl and Quackity." "How come those motherfuckers get to know before me?" He crossed his arms and I giggled, "Well Karl lives in North Carolina too, and Quackity was visiting, so we all hung out last night." "Lucky." Tommy frowned.

Nat caught me showing Tommy around Frey's house, "Hello Tommy, Autumn can I talk to you for a moment?" "Yeah sure, I'll be right back Tommy." I replied as I set my phone on mute. Nat told me, "We're going out to lunch with Alex and Karl, get off the phone with your boyfriend." "He's not my- Ugh!" I exclaimed, "Fine, I'll hang up and get ready to go." "Bye Tommy, I have to go." I returned to my phone and he protested, "Wait what, why?" "I'm going out to lunch, but I'll stream later with you." I promised and Tommy sighed, "Okay fine, bye Autumn!" "Bye Tommy." I smiled and he waved me off as he hung up.

For lunch we went out to Texas Roadhouse and I'm quite a picky eater, so I ended up just getting chicken tenders. It's our last day with Alex before he goes back home, and I probably won't see him before he leaves, so after lunch we all said our goodbyes and headed our separate ways. We're also planning on all streaming together tonight, but Frey, Nat, and I decided to give Karl and Alex some time to hang out before they were separated. I wish we had planned our trip better so we could've spent some more time with them, even though we'll probably hang out with Karl again later this week.

Once we got home, I stole Frey's cat and brought it up to my room as I prepared for my stream. "AUTUMN, GIVE ME MY CAT BACK!" Frey yelled when she realized what I had done. I lied, "I don't know what you're talking about." Her cat didn't like me much anyways and ended up waltzing out of my room. "Tomathy I'm back." I joined the vc he was in and startled Tommy, "AHH. Oh Autumn hey." "Are you streaming yet?" I asked and he replied, "No, but I'm about to." "Good, cause I am too." I smiled.

I set myself on mute and deafen as I spoke to my stream, "Hello everyone! I haven't streamed in a couple of days and that is because... I've been traveling! Now I highly encourage you to be safe during this pandemic as I was, I took many precautions of the safety of myself and others. Before traveling I stayed at home for a week, I mean it's not like I go anywhere anyways, and when I get back home I'll quarantine myself for a week for safety stand points. You all are probably wondering where I am, well, I'm in North Carolina with my girls!" I grinned as Frey and Nat shot into view of my screen. Chat began to go wild, some had already predicted this, and others were very surprised. Nat and Frey left the room and I continued my stream, "Anyways, today I'll be streaming the SMP... and maybe even a little lore, we'll see!"

"That took you a while." Tommy stated once I undeafened on discord. I rolled my eyes, "Were you watching my stream?" "Uh no." Tommy lied and I smirked, "Don't lie, I saw you in the chat." "Shit." Mumbled Tommy and I giggled, then logged onto the Minecraft server. Others gradually joined the vc we were in, such as Frey, Quackity, Tubbo, Nat, Purpled, Karl, Niki, Jack, Puffy, and Ranboo. For the first half of the stream we just played some regular Minecraft: Nat and I went netherite mining together. Then the rest of the stream was when the lore began.

"Uhh, Captain Puffy, what's that?" I asked pointing to the read growing thing. Puffy laughed, "Oh what's that you ask? That, my dear Autumn, that is the egg." "The egg?" "Yes, the egg." Chuckled Captain Puffy. The tone in her voice had changed when we approached the so called 'egg' and it alarmed me. Puffy got closer and I backed away. Chat was spamming to run away, and I trust my chat. I ran towards Ranboo and gasped, "Ranboo, Ranboo, help." "Huh hi Autumn." He greeted me and I motioned for him to run with me, "This way." I led Ranboo away from Puffy to talk. He stopped me, "Woah Autumn, what's wrong?" "Captain Puffy... the egg..." "Huh who's that again, wait let me check my book." Ranboo pulled out his book and quill, "Uh huh, Captain Puffy and the beloved egg. She, Bad, and Ant are all drawn to it or something." Explained Ranboo as he closed up his book.

Next thing I knew, people surrounded me and Ranboo teleported away. Great, I'm all alone. Antfrost, Badboyhalo, and Captain Puffy were all standing in front of me, and little did I know, they were backing me up into the red creature. "The egg is hungry." Badboyhalo started and I gulped, "Hey guys, we can talk about this, uh I don't want to be sacrificed to whatever this kind of 'cult' is." Antfrost chuckled and bars clasped around me as the egg consumed me. That was the last thing my chat saw before my stream turned dark and ended.
