It's that time again, MCC. Technically, this is going to be my first MCC that I am actually participating in. I was supposed to be in MCC 12, but I got sick and had to get filled in for. I'm also used to watching the Minecraft Championships and not actually being in them, so this is going to be quite interesting.
My team, the Teal Turkeys, consists of Eret, Krinios, Punz, and me. Hopefully I do well because they all seem pretty good, I think we have a chance of winning. Frey has been in multiple MCCs in the past, and Nat was in MCC 12. Nat is on the Purple Penguins team and Frey is on the Pink Presents team. It's going to be hard going against a lot of my friends here, but I'm ready.
I started up my stream and joined my team's vc. It looks like I was the last one to join, oops, hopefully I wasn't keeping anyone waiting. "Hello Autumn." Punz was the first to notice I was there and as soon as he said that the others greeted me as well. "Do you have a Christmas skin?" Krinios asked me and I realized, "Shit, I forgot about that. I made one the other day, it's here somewhere." "Haha take your time Autumn, we have about 15 minutes until the games actually start." Eret told me. I found the Minecraft skin and put it on, here is what it looks like:

Then it was time for the games to begin. The first game that was chosen is Parkour Tag, where there is 1 hunter, 3 runners, and the 1st hunter to tag all of the runners of the opposing team wins the round. Krinios volunteered to hunt first. "This is Tubbo and Tommy's team, Seapeekay is hunting us." Punz stated and I gulped, "Uh I'll go left." Punz got out first, and then Eret soon behind. "Autumn he's right below you, watch out." Eret warned me. I managed to keep the high ground for a while, but then fell eventually. "Oh no!" I exclaimed. The others were quite encouraging, "No worries, no sweat. We won that round."
I hunted for the next round, which was against the Coral Carollers. I didn't do terrible, I mean I tagged Sapnap which was a bit of an accomplishment. The other two weren't too difficult to get and I tagged them both. My teammates seemed to be doing well. Ryan (Krinios) stayed alive till the end and we won another round!
In Parkour Tag we dominated almost every single round, and were placed 1st overall after that game. Next up is Battle Box, a 4v4 to fill in a 3x3 square of wool first. "Alright, so it's hard to rush middle in this one, so go on the sides first, or else you're going to get destroyed." Punz explained to me and I nodded, "Got it. I'll go left and grab the potion." I put wool in my offhand and got ready to fight. Once again we were against Tommy's team first. "They're going middle." Krinios informed us and I shot at Tubbo with my bow and finished him off. I looked over and saw Tommy placing wool, "Watch out, Tommy's placing." Punz saw and killed Tommy from the side. Eret and Ryan placed the wool and we won.
The next round we were planning strategies, and immediately got jumped, it was Dream and Frey's team. Dream killed Punz, but then I got Dream. Eret and Frey were fighting while CaptainSparklez and Krinios were against each other. Scott was dead and the other four died, leaving me and Shubble. She was placing down the wool but I jumped down on her before she could finish. After Shubble died I realized I was the only one left and placed down the rest of the wool. "Wooo yeah Autumn!" My teammates cheered for me. My first MCC was going great!
The Coral Carolers defeated us in the next round, giving them the lead. We got destroyed by Quackity and Wilbur's team, but won almost all the other rounds, and are now ranked 2nd. "Not too bad." Eret stated and I shrugged, "We're kind of popping off." Once we got back at the main area, Punz and I checked the leaderboard. "Oh I'm in fourth overall!" I exclaimed. Punz pointed out, "We're all in the top 10." "Where's Karl?" I asked while delivering presents to people. I eventually found him and we were crouching at each other after I handed him a present. "Hole in the wall time." Aka time to navigate through moving walls of slime and be the last team standing. I cracked my knuckles and got ready to go into the next game.
"Yellow! Yellow. YELLOW!" I was yelling at my teammates as the game got more and more intense. We all stayed in for a while, but ended up getting out at some point during the first round. "A good tactic for this game is moving." I laughed as Ryan and Eret both said a sarcastic, "wowwww." at the same time. We honestly weren't doing too well in this game, Eret and I got out on the same block, and then others soon behind. "How did everyone get so good at this game all of a sudden?" Krinios thought out loud and I agreed. In the third round of hole in the wall we didn't do great, but somehow after that game we were still placed 2nd on the leaderboard.
