Chapter Seven: The Big Day

November 16

Today is the day. Today is the day where I join the Dream SMP and confuse the shit out of everyone. I had my alarm set but I still slept through it, nothing new. Luckily, I still woke up in time for the actual war part. Frey texted me and reminded me of what I need to do. I got the login stuff ready for the SMP, and at the exact moment that Frey texted me, in the midst of all the chaos and fighting, that was when I joined the Dream SMP.

I joined the vc, and oh boy it was chaotic. Dream added me to the discord, but everyone was really busy and didn't notice I was there. There was a lot of yelling going on and I muted myself. That was when I turned on my stream titled, new places. Someone's phone buzzed or something and I realized that whoever that was, they must've had my notifications on. I didn't address my stream this time, I just logged onto the SMP and followed Frey's instructions. Chat was freaking out, per usual. There was a chest with a ton of items for me, just like I was told. I collected everything and put the armor on.

Frey messaged me coordinates in the game and I went to them. From afar, I was able to see a bit of the fighting going on. Some were on a tower and some were down below, but they were all shooting at each other. I didn't get close enough of a look to see who was on each side. Then I just made a run for it, and ended up in the middle of the whole battle. The fighting stopped and the vc went quiet for a second. My plan worked, they're all really confused. A voice spoke in the vc, it was Tommy's, "Autumn?" I smirked and then Frey teleported me out of there with the enderpearl. I muted myself once again, to stop myself from laughing and ruining the bit.

A lot of swear words and yelling erupted in the discord call after I teleported away. No one except for Dream, Wilbur, and Frey new that I was going to be added today during the war. The plan seemed to work very well, so I moved onto phase two of it. Frey silently led me to the caravan where Schlatt was waiting. We were waiting for the others to finish up their fighting so we could do our part of the bit. While waiting, Schlatt and I were crouching and throwing random items at each other.

Eventually Dream surrendered and led everyone towards the caravan where Schlatt and I were waiting. I got into character, "You can't kill Schlatt." "What?" Several people said, caught off guard. "Autumn, do you know the destruction that he's caused this nation?" Tubbo asked me and I snapped, "Yes of course I know!" "Then step off to the side and let us take care of some business." Said Fundy and I stayed put, "You're not allowed to hurt him, not unless you're willing to hurt me." "Autumn what has gotten into you, you're defending a drunk man?" Asked Quackity and I shot my bow at him, "Stand back! All of you!"

They weren't attacking Schlatt, only talking to him. "Schlatt you fucked up the country, you fucked up everything. You had a dream and I followed it but you brought it downhill. Everything, you ruined it." Fundy yelled and I sighed, "Now, now Fundy, is that anyway to talk to your president." "My president?! Autumn look at this man." Fundy pointed to Schlatt who was saying, "your fucking protein shake has something in it, it's working it's magic. Yeah I am something, I'm what you're not Fundy. I'm a man." Everyone gasped and Wilbur ran up to him, "Schlatt are you ready to die? Are you ready to have this end now?" I started hitting Wilbur away. Wilbur turned to Tommy, "Do you still have Dream's bow?" "Yeah." Tommy replied, pulling out a crossbow. Wilbur commanded, "I want you to put it in between his eyes." "No." I yelled and stood in front of Schlatt. Tommy sighed, "Autumn I don't want to do this to you, step out of the way." "Victory of death." Wilbur yelled. Schlatt chuckled, "In my time of need, everyone left."

After quite some yelling, the call went silent for a moment. "Schlatt, give us your last words." Wilbur commanded. Then Schlatt started breathing heavily and my voice rang through the call, "Schlatt?" Next the words appeared on all of our screens as he said, "Flatty. Patty."

Everyone started yelling and then Tommy realized, "We won, Schlatt is gone." I ran out of the caravan, but still stayed in the vc. They were all cheering but when they stepped out, I was there waiting to confront them, "You all are wrong." "Autumn come on, that man is gone now." Tommy said and I stopped him, "No. You all didn't win, you didn't win anything, you just overthrew the man that you all elected because you didn't like him anymore, and you didn't even do it well. Schlatt wasn't wrong, you were." Then I left the vc.

Later I watched from afar everyone gather around and got curious of what they were doing, so I joined the vc, but stayed muted. Tubbo ended up becoming president, which I mean, good for him! I smirked and sat back, watching him give his speech. No one noticed I was there except for Wilbur, who crouched in my direction for a moment, and then left. Where is he going? I got curious and followed Wilbur. He was in the middle of talking when I joined the vc he was in, I saw someone else was there too, Philza. I was too late to realize what Wilbur was actually doing, not until he pushed the button after saying the words, "It was never meant to be."

L'manburg was blown up, I saw Quackity getting launched, and joined the main vc after the explosion. I was still standing behind Wilbur and Phil with my mouth wide open from surprise. Therefore, I saw Phil kill Wilbur. I ran in the opposite direction and into Tommy. "Autumn? You're still here?" He asked and I nodded, "Yeah... Wilbur." I pointed up and Tommy realized what had happened, "Oh."

That was my first day on the Dream SMP, and it was quite eventful. The fans still don't fully understand that this is all a bit, so I was getting hate already for my character defending Schlatt's character. I guess I'll just have to get used to it. After the war and ending my stream I messaged Dream in the chat.

Autym: vc2?
Dream: sure

"What's up Autumn, how was your first day on the SMP?" He asked and I shrugged, "it was interesting, I'd say. But I have a question." "Go ahead." Dream said and I asked, "So you know my friend Nat?" "Mhm." "Well I was wondering if she could maybe be added to the SMP as well?" I finished and Dream smiled, "Of course, I was already planning on whitelisting her." "Thank you." "Anytime." And I left the call.
