Chapter Twenty-Seven: Swag Week

So it's the week of Christmas, meaning my mom wants to spend more time with the family and less time streaming and playing Minecraft. Obviously I don't agree, but it's Christmas time so I'll be nice I guess.

On Monday I decorated the Christmas tree and even bought some Minecraft ornaments. My brother comes home from College on Wednesday, and it's gonna be weird because I haven't seen him in a while. Then on Tuesday I did an Among Us Christmas stream because the game was even decorated for the holiday!

And now it's Wednesday. I ignored what I would be faced with and joined a vc with my friends. "Ayyy Autumn!" Tommy's voice lit up as I joined. I greeted, "Hey everyone." "Hi autumn!" They all said in unison. I smiled, "What are we up to?" I asked and Niki responded, "We're on the Dream SMP, I loved my gift by the way!" "Wait Autumn got us gifts?" Asked Wilbur and Tommy laughed, "Yeah Wil she did, mine was the best though." "Hmm mine was better." Tubbo disagreed. The whole group began to bicker over who's gift they received was the best. A grin spread across my face as I logged onto the server.

I think it's about time I finally get full netherite. When I first logged onto the SMP, Dream gave me netherite armor and tools, but he took them back after the war because it wasn't very fair for when new members joined. I asked the call, "Anyone want to go netherite mining with me?" "I'm down, I need to go too, I still have Sam's stuff." Quackity replied and George added, "I'm streaming and I think it'd be entertaining to tag along." "Great let's go." I smiled and George asked, "Wait separate vc?" "Yeah, let's go to vc4." Alex said and we did so.

Meanwhile we were making our way down someone's strip mine, Alex proceeded to put on very heavy autotune. "Netherite." He sang, "Autumn, George, and Quackity go get netherite." "Quackity that sounds horrendous." George commented and Alex got mad, "Georgenotfound is a pussy and doesn't deserve netherite." I chuckled and we started digging. I got lucky and found a few scraps right away and as we kept mining, Alex just kept on singing.

"I love netherite, I like to smoke it, I like to sniff it. I like to put it in my body and I love it. Netherite all day baby. YeaAaAh." Sang Alex with heavy autotune. I attempted to hold in my laugh but failed and he just kept on singing, "Netherite that's the way to go. I love Netherite going in my soul." Alex placed down a bed and blew it up meanwhile George and I started yelling, "WATCH OUT." "Oh my god oh my god oh my god, holy shit, I'm dead, dead I'm dead." Alex attempted to swim out of the lava, "I'm literally dead- get rid of the lava, GET RID OF THE LAVA! George, Autumn, PLEASE!"

Quackity burned to death appeared across my screen as the beat of the song kept playing. I was laughing so hard, but Alex's stuff was all gone from the lava. "Dude straight up that was Sam's shit can you at least pick up my stuff, is there any way you can pick up the stuff?" Alex kept talking in the call while George was laughing. "Uh Quackity." I started, "I hate to break it to you but it's all gone." "FU-"

I left the call before I heard more yelling and joined the main call laughing. "What happened?" Tubbo inquired and I told him, "Hmm that netherite expedition didn't go too well..." "You went with Quackity, what do you expect." Tommy cut in and I nodded, "True." "None of you are streaming right?" I asked and Wilbur replied, "Nope it was just George and he's not here." "Okay good to know."

"Autumn I have a gift for you." Niki spoke into her microphone. I sat up, "Ooo a gift?!" "Yep, follow me." Niki's Minecraft character led me to under the Christmas tree where there were gifts for everyone and mine in the middle. She left me the sweetest book and might of made me tear up a little. "Niki thank you so much! I literally love you." I smiled and Niki giggled, "I love you more Aut." The guys stayed quiet and let us have our little interaction and then we returned back to the group.

We went back to playing Minecraft and I safely stored my book from Niki in my ender chest. Nat joined the call and asked, "Yo you guys want to watch a movie?" "Sure." We all responded at once. Tommy picked the movie. Bad idea letting him choose. "According to all known laws of aviation." The film began to be broadcasted across the discord call and I groaned, "No, not the bee movie." "What's the bee movie?" Asked Wilbur and Tubbo replied, "Only the BEST movie in existence." "Personally I've seen it too many times." I said and Tommy chuckled, "Personally, you should suck it up Autumn and watch the best fucking movie ever." "Rude Mr. Innit." "Whatever."
