Chapter 24

A van outside Mina's mansion was waiting with guards around it. Sunlight were giving foods to the trees with the mix of cold breeze as their beverage. Fallen leaves are flowing on the air, dancing with the dust as all girls were going down to the front porch of Mina's house.

"Sit beside me Momo unnie" Dahyun asked Momo shyly, "I brought snacks" she added trying to bribe her. Momo agreed straight away, just her luck, sitting beside her Dubu and having the snacks all for themselves. They settle on the second row of the van, making themselves comfortable. Sana went in next, she sat behind Dahmo and seated next to the van window getting wishful that they'd pass by beautiful sceneries. Tzuyu flaps beside her, teasingly flick her ears to get her attention.

"Hey baby, can we exchange seats?" Tzuyu cutely asked obviosly teasing Sana. Sana's cheeks heat up on the endearment.

"Why are you here, can you just sit beside Chaeyoung or somebody else, or go at the back, there's spare seat next to the window" Sana irritatedly said pushing Tzuyu away.

"But I wanna sit with you and next to the window" She again cutely replied letting Sana struggle to push her away. Both argued like dog and cat ready to bite each other any minute now.

Jihyo went in sat behind Satzu and settled next to the window. Mina followed her but before she could settle next to Jihyo, Shae stopped her halfway.

"Auntie Jihyo can I sit with you?" Shae asked Jihyo letting go of Chaeyoung's hands, going beside Jihyo before Mina could.

"Honey your car seat is here." Chaeyoung said, pointing at the car seat at the back, not really getting her daughter's full intention since she always wants to be seated beside Chaeyoung.

"Can you just transfer it here Mama?" Shae asked. Chaeyoung looks at her, figuring her like a riddle, difficult to fathom.

Mina just waited for Chaeyoung to transfer the car seat so she could take the seat beside her.

"Don't you wanna sit beside Mama honey?" Chaeyoung asked like a puppy unable to get treats.

"Mama i'll just be here, enjoy your time with Mommy" Shae said. The other two shared the same look. With their smart mind they could say that they are being plotted. They just shrug it off and sit beside each other, seizing each other's comfortable presence.

Mina took her earpods to lose herself on music. She leaned against the window, closing her eyes for a few seconds. Her eyes flashed open again, holding her stares outside the window seeing the familiar streets. Tall building that could nearly touch heaven, busy people on the streets skipping each. The sunbeam reflects to the opaque buildings and passes through transparent ones. She was disturbed when a person grab the other earpod.

"Yah! Don't you have manners?" Mina said as Chaeyoung was getting under her skin.

"What are you listening to?" Chaeyoung ignoring Mina's complaints. "Nice song choice, Taylor Swift, Enchanted, her lyrics speaks more than how its written." Mina listened to her blabber, an unexpected Swiftie was besider her. They were both humming to the song and together sang "It was enchanting to meet you
All I know is I was, enchanted to meet you"

Both shared stares and locked their eyes with one another. Chaeyoung whisperes "I was enchanted to meet you" though the song was changed to a new one. Mina divert the conversation on another topic to not put awkwardness in the middle of them again.

"So, which city are you from in Korea?" Mina asked making small talks.

"We are from Seoul. I heard you lived there in your teenage years into young adult." Chaeyou replied giving glances to Mina and back to her phone.
