Last Chapter

15 years later

A tall girl with long brown hair, cascading on her bare back was gracefully walking around the garden of her old home. She was wearing a long white dress, highlighting her porcelain skin. The sun kissed the beauty in her face, emphasizing the landmark on the bridge of her nose.

After 15 years, she gathered the courage to once again explore the fortress of her Mama and Mommy that was long and forcefully left behind because of the tragedy it holds.

Shae went inside the mansion where everything was still in its original place, untouched. Every corner of the house resembles Mina and Chaeyoung. The painting she asked to be hung on the foyer was still the main point of the whole place. Two beautiful ladies, sharing the love that binds them through a kiss in a perfect timing with the eclipse.

She then proceed to enter the room of her parents, still the same. The first and second time the room was described is how it is still now. The only difference is papers are a little old, dust and spider webs are all over the place. Shae began to fix everything up as every piece of thing inside the room reminds her of her late mothers. Tears keep streaming down her face as she keep the things organized.

After she finished fixing up, she proceeded to Chaeyoung's chamber on the last floor. Walking down in the whole art studio as if she was reliving in every painting her eyes met. She found the main door of the art studio on the third floor in which it leads to the outside, wherein she didn't got to explore yet. When she went out, another door met her orbs. It seems that there are only two rooms in that floor.

She opened the door and behind it reveals a ballet studio painted in creamy white with pictures of ballerina Mina through out the years of her ballet. There's nothing much inside the place but the picture really do replicate Shae's face. An elegant box was place on the center of the studio with a sticky note on its cover.

Dear Eclisse,

This will be the witness of your success through learning and pain. We love you honey

P.S. you're still in Mommy's tummy when we bought this baby, she can't wait to see you dance like her.

P.P.S. I want you to do painting but she really insist. Can't say no to a moody pregnant Mommy.

Shae chuckled on the old sticky note as her tears began to roll down from her eyes. "Mama never changed. Are you here Mama? I miss you so much" Shae mumbles as she untie the ribbon of the box.

A pair of infant ballet shoes was inside the box with a paper that looks like a letter placed on top of it. Shae opened the letter and began to read what's written on it.

Dear Eclisse,

Hi honey! Mama and Mommy made this letter for you. When you first read this, we are certain that you don't understand any of it since your still in your stinky diapers. Just kidding. We wanted you to read this every year on your birthday.

Honey, Mama and Mommy were once lost in this world. We went through ups and downs alone and almost gave up on the things life threw at us. Mommy went through worse baby, but she managed to get out of it. May it be an example to you for you to not give up easily.

Every problems came after problems. It seems like life doesn't want us to live and the world doesn't want us to be part of it. We wanted to leave the world so bad honey, until we both laid our eyes on each other. As if its the universe's plan to let us meet.

Everything went upside down. All troubles that we encounter was easily passed by because there's somebody that keep us going. As if hell in earth was the comfort we both settled in. The troubles were our magnet to keep us together. Mama always had to be the brightest to meet the standards of the world and Mommy had to always suffer in the dark. But little did we know, we both beautifully shine alone despite those challenges.

And you know what is more amazing baby? We both are rare when we are together. Like an eclipse, a phenomena that rarely happens. But if it do the whole world and every pair of eyes stares at it with awe.

You are made through our love honey. We are connected and binded with an uneding and unconditional love. You are the best product of our love honey. That's why you are named after an eclipse. Eclisse is an italian word for an eclipse. You will gather all the eyes in this world honey, mesmerized by your beauty. Keep growing into a fine woman, love. Never give up easily, soon you will question what really happiness is. Happiness is found within baby, there are just people who doesn't dive deep. Keep diving for yours honey, Mama and Mommy will always be here rooting for it. We love you so much baby always keep that in mind.

Shae started to sob loudly as she longed for her parents so much. Pool of tears were pasted on cheeks while she hugged herself, crumpled on the ballet floor like a baby. After a few minutes she was calm and timingly the door burst open.

"Get up now you dumbass, I literally roamed the whole fucking place just find you here chillin on the floor!" Another girl, around her age, with long black hair in ponytail with a bangs perfectly trimmed on her forehead, shouted. Annoyance was visible on her face.

"Chill idiot! Help me stand!" Shae said lending out her arms for the girl to take.

"Help yourself, you're big enough to do that!" The girl sing songed while she laughed at the end teasing the latter.

"I'll get back at you Kinne!" Shae shouted as she stood up, running after the latter.

Shae successfully caught Kinne as she strangle her neck, both falling down on the floor choking and teasing each other.

"Yo girls hurry up! Auntie Sana and Aunt Tzuyu are already on the car!" A boy, taller than the two girls but looks a little younger than them went to separate the two, forcefully.

"Let go of me NJ! Respect your elders!" Kinne shouted as she waggle herself out from NJ's grip.

"Shut up Noona!" NJ replied letting go of the two girls.

"Why are you here by the way? Are Aunt Jeongyeon and Auntie Nayeon here?" Shae asked changing the topic while the three of them made their way to the front porch.

"Yeah, Mom was talking with Auntie Momo and Auntie Sana when I left them." NJ said that made the other two nod as a response.

"Is Chaena there?" Kinne asked, making her eyebrows go up and down to tease NJ.

"No, she's not here. Her and uncle Daniel will go straight at your house but Auntie Jihyo is already here." NJ replied with obvious blushing.

"Confess already you coward!" Shae said, hitting NJ as she left afterwards entering their car.

"Momma! Āmā!" Shae said giving both the girls in front a kiss.

"How did it go honey?" Sana asked looking back at Shae.

"I felt relived Momma." Shae replied with a big smile.

"That's good to hear baby" Tzuyu replied looking at the rear view mirror as she winked at Shae.

"Āmā! I'm nineteen, stop calling me that" Shae whined as Tzuyu chuckled at her daughter's antics. She removed her seatbelt and began to reach at the back to tickle Shae. Loud laughter echoed the whole car as Sana was just observing the two.

"Okay, enough you two. Start the car now babe. Lets head off" Sana instructed and like a robot, the two followed her order.

Shae looked back at the house as they zoomed out from it. Taking some last glance on the place where the sun and the moon met and created a beautiful phenoma that will forever be adored and remembered, Eclisse.
