Chapter 47

A crowd of people have bustled around the hospital. Doctors are running back and forth, some are stradling a patient while bloods are spurting out and towards their white coat. Three ambulance have arrived as the paramedics instantly opened the ambulance door bringing the people involved in the incidents including Chaeyoung and Mina. A few minutes after the ambulance arrived, four rovers have parked scatteredly on the area outside the emergency room as if they own the whole lot.

"M-myoui and S-son! Where are they?!" Nayeon exaggeratedly screamed while she ran her way towards the double door of the emergency room. The other girls ran after her also in panic as if they reliving the moments that happened on the day of the accident a long time ago.

"Honey! Wait!" Jeongyeon screamed trying to stop Nayeon from going further. Jihyo who ran past at her tugged a doctor harshly.

"The ambulance that arrived earlier? Where did they took the patients?" She loudly said while her voice was wavering making the doctor a bit startled on her aggressive approach.

"Ma'am I need you to calm down." The doctor said warmingly.

"Are you fucking kidding me?! My best friends are fighting for their second lives and you're fucking telling me to calm down!" Jihyo bursted out almost causing a scene when she tempted to start a fight but thankfully Momo and Dahyun have grabbed her, stopping her from doing so.

"I am sorry Ma'am, but the patients on the ambulance are brought to the morgue as they were declared dead on arrival." The doctor explained, stepping a little far from them preparing himself to avoid another ruckus.

The news have left all of them stunned as tears began to shower from their eyes. Nayeon cannot contain the building pain inside her anymore as she dropped herself on the floor, weeping loudly as Jeongyeon followed her actions, keeping them strong and still despite the news. Sana and Momo were left dumbfounded unable to express any emotion. While Jihyo and Dahyun hugged each other, as the sudden burst of information have made them vulnerable. Tzuyu on the other hand rushed towards the hospital counter, brushing and hitting the people she encountered. Sana have seen how panicked Tzuyu was so she decided to ran after her.

"A little girl is rushed in here, she's full of bruises, where did they bring her?!" She shouted as she leaned so close to the guy behind the counter, describing Shae to him.

"I am sorry Ma'am, but can you provide me her name?" The receptionist replied, as she backed a little, because Tzuyu is close to strangling him.

"Shaeron Eclisse Son" She hurriedly replied as the receptionist scan his computer finding the name mentioned.

"Hurry the fuck up!" Tzuyu said loud enough and impatiently but to only be heard by the receptionist since she doesn't want to cause a commotion.

"Ma'am I am afraid she's not in here." The receptionist said.

"Are you fucking kidding me?! We brought her here! Do your fucking job and find he-" Tzuyu is already on top of her anger, she almost hit the man but thankfully Sana held on her wrist preventing her from continuing.

"Tzu, let's go, we're gonna find her" Sana softly said to lower down the rage of Tzuyu.

"Where could she be Sana? How is she gonna handle the news?" Tzuyu weakly said, looking intently at Sana. Sana and intertwined her fingers with Tzuyu, proving the best comfort for her.

"We'll be with her Tzu, we got her" Sana said while she hugged Tzuyu with one arm.

"Ms, Son and Mrs. Son's family?" A doctor said who just went out from an operating room. Everybody ran towards his direction, waiting for his next line.

"We have succesfully removed all the bullets from them, but they are still in a coma." The doctor explained as everybody was shocked to hear a different news.

"But one doctor said they didn't make it?" Jihyo asked puzzled.

"Oh, maybe he got it wrong, it was Ms. Jeon and Mr. Bhuwakol who didn't make it" Though they felt a little relieved to hear the news they still have a pang on their chest to the two lives they've lost.

"Can we visit the Sons?" Jeongyeon asked.

"They are still being transferred to a room Miss. But we'll let you know as soon as they are settled." The doctor said and everybody say they gratitude as he left them there.

About 5 minutes, Suho's men came towards them in a hurry, "Ladies, Young Miss have already woken up, she began to cry as he saw us. We are advised by the nurse to keep her relaxed but we are having trouble to do so."

"Where is she?" Tzuyu said with a sudden rush of panic.

"Follow me" The guy said as he leads them up to the 4th floor of the hospital. White walls, alcohol smell and a quiet eerie have greeted them as they all rushed towards the end room of the 4th floor of the hospital. Tzuyu didn't wait for the others as she immediately went inside.

Shae was literally crumpled with the thin covers of the hospital bed. Her eyes full of fears but the moment she saw Tzuyu stepped in, she cried even more as she removed the blanket that was covering her. Before she could move out from the bed and run to Tzuyu, Tzuyu already went fast to her, gently cupping the whole frame of the little girl into hers.

"Hush, honey. Aunt Tzuyu's here. Nobody will ever hurt you again" Tzuyu hummed as tears roll down her cheeks while she rocked the little girl, making her feel safe.

Sana went a little close to them and without a thought she engulfed the two frames into her own as she kissed the crown of Tzuyu. The other girls just stare at the three, they knew that these two have rooted for the born of Shae ever since before. The two have served as the second parents of the little girl, Tzuyu always filling the spot when Somi and Chaeng cannot make it for Shae's curricular activities while Sana who is as devastated as Mina when she thought Shae was miscarried. The three let go from the embrace as Sana sat down on the hospital bed, staring at Shae with tears in her eyes.

"Auntie S-sana, where is Mama and Mommy?" Shae asked as she found herself calmed now.

"They are on the other room baby, they're still asleep, but they're fine" Sana explained while she caress the little girl's hair.

"Who w-will be here for m-me Auntie Sana? Will y-you leave m-me here alone?" She hesitatedly asked, scared that she will be left alone in the room.

"Honey" Sana said, unable to construct a sentence because she cannot believe how the situation affect the little girl.

"Baby, Auntie Sana and Aunt Tzuyu will stay with you here. We're not leaving. The other aunties wil be with Mama and Mommy, so they will not be alone too. Is that alright with you?" Tzuyu said, saving the silence.

"Yeah. C-can you-" Shae stopped midsentence since she was hesitant to ask for it.

"Baby, ask anything you want, what is it?" Tzuyu said, when she noticed that the little girl was hesitant.

"Can y-you carry me Aunt Tzuyu. I-I cannot sleep o-on the bed" She shyly asked which earned a soft smile from Tzuyu and Sana's face.

"Honey, you dont have to be hesitant on anything you want, okay?" Tzuyu said.

Shae stood up from the bed, before she let herself be carried, she hugged Sana first and the latter returned the action. She flaps herself gently to Tzuyu as the older one rocked her to put her to sleep. Minutes later the girls on the door were interrupted by Suho.

"Ladies, the Sons are transferred on the room already. We asked for the biggest ward so they could just share the room." Suho informed that made the other girls to move slowly going to Shae, planting a kiss on her temple as she was already sleeping peacefully on Tzuyu's shoulder.

"We'll look after Shae after we visit Chaeng and Mina, so you could visit them too." Nayeon said as she hugged Sana and Tzuyu.

They all went out of the room and hurried footsteps illuminating the silence of the white halls of the hospital, as the five girls made their way to Chaeyoung and Mina's ward.
