Heartbeat

Shuichis pov

I was at school. We had some spare time so I was cuddling with my boyfriend kiibo. Kiibo was lying his head on my chest when he suddenly sat up.

"shuichi there's a strange thumping in your chest" kiibo said looking startled.

"oh that's just my heartbeat. When you hear it it just means my heart pumping blood around the body" I explained.

"wow really!" his eyes lit up as he lay his back on my chest "that's so cool! Do me now!"

I lay my head against his chest. I could hear robotic sounds but no heartbeat.

"oh I forgot I don't have a heart" kiibo said sadly.

I took his face and kissed his forehead.

"you may not have a physical heart kiibo but you have more heart than anyone I know!"
