Tris' POV
When we finally get to school, people start to stare. Every now and then, people, especially the cheerleaders, would give me a dirty look as I walked down the hall with Tobias. I didn't care though, I was not in the mood to start a fight.
"TRIS! OH MY GOD!" Christina screamed as she ran up to us. "I knew you guys would end up together, but... I don't want to be rude, but, what happened to you face?" she asks. "Well, you see, um..." I try to explain but I don't want her to get hurt. My father told me not to tell anyone. "I fell off the bed a bunch of times last night," I finally come up with. "Okay..." Christina says. She can probably tell I am lying, but can also tell I want to leave it alone.
The first bell rings so I swing by my locker and pick up my text books I will need until lunch, and walk to class, hand in hand with Tobias. Once we get there, we take our seats and begin to talk since today we have a substitute and she really doesn't care what we do. "So, I was thinking of having a part at my place all weekend, just you, me, and the gang, since my parents are going out of town and Caleb is going to a friend's house," I tell Tobias. "That sounds like a great idea," he tells me.
The rest of the day goes by pretty fast. After school, I text everyone about the party this weekend.
T - Party a my place all weekend
4 - I'll make it
T - 4, you already know
4 - :/
C - I'll be there
U, Z - me too
W - count me in
M, L, S - count me in as well
Good, everyone will be there. Now I have to get my homework done.
------ TIME LAPS --------- FRIDAY ------------- (I'm lazy)
Today is the party. I get up and get dressed. I put on some ripped, faded jeans, a white tank top, a New York sweatshirt, and my uggs. Since I put on a lazy day outfit, I don't put on any makeup. To finish off my morning, I grab a chocolate chip muffin from the bowl and head to my car.
When I get to school, all my friends are waiting for me at the front door. "Oh,um, Tris?" Uriah starts. "Yeah," I respond, turning around to face him. "You might want to dress in layers for the party tonight, we are going to introduce you to Candor or Dauntless," he tells me. "What is that?" I ask. "It is like Truth or Dare, but if you don't answer your truth or do your dare, you don't get out, but you have to take off a piece of clothing," Tobias tells me.
------- TIME LAPS ----------- THE PARTY ------------ (I'm lazy again)
Everyone starts to show up around five o'clock. We all gather in the living room and start to play. "Just remember, socks and shoes don't count when you take off a piece of clothing," Christina says. "I want to start," Christina shouts "Okay, go ahead," I tell her, knowing I will regret this. "Tris, C or D?" she asks me. "Dauntless," I respond."I dare you to tell me what really happened to your face this morning," she tells me. I take off my sweatshirt and move on. "Will, C or D?" I ask him. "Candor," he replies. "PANSY..." Uriah starts, but can't finish because Lynn throws a pillow at him. "How do you make pillows hurt?" he shouts at her. "It's a gift," she tells him an we move on with the game.
"What is Christina's biggest fear?" I ask him. "That is not my secret to tell," he responds as he takes of his shirt. "Four, C or D," he continues the game. "Dauntless," he replies back. "I dare you to play seven minutes in heaven with Tris," Will shoots back.
