FINALLY! after 6 HOURS of travelling- in first class, but it is still travelling- She was in Gotham!
She decided to walk back home- after all, the airport's in the rich side of Gotham so it wasn't really that hard walking to her penthouse- yes, penthouse, uncle jag's stubborn- at least she got to pay for half of it!
she put her luggage in and decided to go to a nearby cafe for something to eat and drink. She placed her order and took a seat, waiting.
After her cafe- business she decided to walk home. Bad idea.
Some random fellow decided to mug her. Also a bad idea.
"okay girlie, I'll let you go if you give me all your money and jewellery."
She internally rolled her eyes. Externally, she pretended to be scared.
"do-do you pwo-pwomise?" she childishly lisped
he grinned disturbingly "yes." She held her hand out with her purse- when he touched the hand, she gripped it and flipped him over *insert random professional fighting scene* Mari brushed her hands off.
"well, that was easy," she said
Just then, she heard a thump- she looked back to see BATMAN.
And a fashion disaster. but also, BATMAN.
