Nightmares And Headaches

Summary: Kane is in a bad mood.

Kane wakes up in a cold sweat, These nightmares never end.. he sighs as he leaves his bedroom. It was cold and dark, expected since it was 1am, he managed to make it downstairs and outside without awakening anyone.

He walked along the sidewalks in the cold night and had his hands in his pockets.

"Kane?"

Engrossed in his train of thoughts he didn't hear the voice calling his name, he felt his head get fuzzy and his head hurt, like a lot, the person had managed to catch up with him and tapped him on the shoulder.

"Kane! Are you okay? Why are you out so late at night?" Kane looked over his shoulder to see the person, which he couldn't make out clearly since his vision was blurred.

"I should be asking you that, why are you still out here Nico?" Kane softly pushed Nico's hand off of him -without giving him nightmares- and stared at him in a menacing way.

"I was just about to head back to the dorm, I was only out for a few minutes anyway." Nico smiled, Kane nodded and gestured for him to go where he was going. "Why are you out?" Kane froze and looked at the ground.

"It's nothing, just felt a little claustrophobic." Nico nodded and waved goodbye leaving Kane in the night.

Kane walked into the classroom and see one person there already, Shino. "Morning Kane." Shino And Kane had became a little close. Kane replied with "Mhm" and went to his seat with his head on the table, Shino gave him a confused look and waited for the rest of the class to come in.

"Good morning class! Today, we are going to be doing a class project. I will be leaving the class for the whole lesson, which will give you enough time to figure out what you want to do to put on display, for the whole class. Remember, everyone needs to participate in the class project. Good luck!" Avian left the classroom and everyone started to talk and get together.

Kane had his head on his hand and looked outside the window where the Roxie sits, he admired the bright sky before a light tap on his shoulder disturbed him. He looked behind his shoulder and sees Shizu and Artemis standing together there.

"What do you want?" Kane says coldly, the two were surprised at Kane's unexpected annoyed and tired tone. It caught a few of the other people's attention and caused them to look at him. "What?" Kane hissed at them making them look away.

"Avian said that the whole class should participate in this class project." Artemis says, Shizu nods and Kane sighs.

"Look. Do you want to see your nightmares come alive? Right here right now. I can make you scream." Kane whispers into both of their ears which makes them run away and 'cry' to the others. Kane sighs and bangs his head on the table, trying to make his anger calm down but also cause his headaches to go away. He closes his eyes and concentrates on the things that makes him happy.

Kane was sitting in the cafeteria, alone. Everyone was as far as they possibly could from him, you should see the dark energy around him and feel his dark aroma just by sitting at least 6 miles away. He sighed as he saw the 'Happy people' come his way and sit near him. He didn't want anymore headaches, so he stood up.

"Wait, where are you going Kane-?" One of them had grabbed onto Kane's bare skin making his eyes go dark and wide. Screams and screams from the person echoed around the whole school.

"Did you hear? Kane from class 1-B made someone see nightmares because of his quirk! Isn't that scary? I'm so getting away."

Kane could hear the students gossip about him, It was that girl's fault anyway, she shouldn't have touched me. He opened the door to his classroom to see all eyes on him, he felt a little bothered and uncomfortable but made it to his seat anyway.

He felt his headache get worst as he hears all the whispering and talking amongst his classmates.

Every now and then he banged his head against his desk to make the annoying noises stop. Please.. leave me alone.. The banging got louder and louder, harder and harder which caused the class to panic, because they couldn't stop him. He felt his vision get blurry and his head got all bruised, and maybe a little bit of blood.

"Kane..? Stop please."

The last thing he saw was yellow haired boy in front of him.

"He'll be fine. He should wake up right about now, I'll leave you alone for awhile." Venus leaves the room, leaving the 3 classmates beside him.

Where am I?

Kane awakens to a bright light and groans as he sits up, he feels his head as it aches and looks over to see a few people. Nico, Shino and Mino..? Kane gets out the bed, carefully which resulted him to hold the bedside table and his head as his head still ached. He grabs onto something that was on the bedside table and brings it close.

"The nurse said you have to take those every night." Shino stands up from his seat and gives Kane a cup a of water. He drinks from it slowly and sits back down on the bed. "Why did you do that?" Shino asks suddenly, Kane looks up and locks eye contact with Shino.

"Uh... well. It's nothing, I was just in a bad mood." Shino raises an eyebrow as Kane laughs and smile awkwardly.

"That's a lie." Nico says, surprising both Shino and Kane, "I know you're lying!" Nico had suddenly became more serious, as Mino also stands up and crosses his arms. Yeah... maybe I should head out.

"Welp. Gotta blast! See ya!" Kane ran out of the nurse's office and ran for his life, to head to his secret place.

"He does realise I can catch up to him?"

The other two just shake their heads and leave.
