Sleep Is For The Weak

Summary: What Alec's daily schedule is technically lmao.

Alec awakens from his slumber - although, he was not actually sleeping -, and gradually makes his way out of his room and upstairs. His bare feet touching the cold wooden floor as he walks step by step.

He heads into the bathroom to do his daily routine, looking at himself in the mirror, eye bags as dark as the void as usual and his hair being a mess. He slightly brushes it with a comb and find himself sitting at the table, doing nothing.

Wondering where his two roommates were, he checks the time by looking at the clock on the wall in front of him, realising it was 4am in the morning. He sighs and lays his head on the table, having nothing to do, except walk around, he didn't want to awaken his roommates this early, because he thought it would be selfish of him.

So he mindlessly walked around the dorm, outside of the dorm to take a walk, sit down and wait around everywhere. Which seemed like a reasonable amount of time to go by, but it had only been an hour, and they usually wake up at 6:30 or more specifically 6:32 minutes and 37 seconds. He had nothing to do other than engraving in his memory their schedule when they wake up and when they sleep.

Creepy isn't it?

K would be usually done before they woke up anyway, so it matched their schedules up well.

Alec mindlessly looks at the empty wall in front of him. Life is so boring. He slowly rubs his eyes and frowns. Alec just wishes that time went faster, so he wouldn't have to bear the loneliness, although his socializing skills suck, and silence when he is the only one awake. He's grown tired of it but he can't sleep. It's too hard. No matter how tired he was, he wasn't able to fall asleep.

After thinking for an hour it was now 6:24am, the other two should be about to be waken up from their alarms. Alec sat there unmotivated to move.

"Alec?" Alec turns around from his seat to see Clover rubbing their eyes from tiredness. Their pink hair was all over the place that you could barely see their bunny ears.

"Good morning." Alec replied back with his usual unbothered voice and expression. Clover nodded and went to the bathroom to freshen up.

A few seconds later Davis came into the room, passionate as ever, seriously how does this dude wake up so energetic? Practically shouting out a greeting.

A few minutes later Clover comes out of the bathroom, all freshened up and ready for school, and Davis walks into the bathroom right after. Clover ruffles up their hair to make it look more fluffy and curly and goes to the kitchen make some food.

School goes by how like it normally goes, and Alec feels like time is going by too fast because one second ago it was class but now he is standing in front of a café with the others, not remembering if he had agreed to come but either way Davis was going to come and drag him to it. 

Alec stays quiet most of the time, talking to K in his head to keep him company, and occasionally sipping the drink in his hand. 

Time goes by too fast.

Alec is sitting on the couch in the dorm, trying to pass time, but time is going by slowly. It feels like whenever he is having fun time will suddenly speed up and whenever he is bored out of his mind time goes slowly.

"Night already?" Alec says in disbelief. 

"Ah, daily routine time." K stretches before leaving through the door.

"How can I call myself a hero when you're doing this type of stuff?" Alec says.

"You don't. Simple."
