The End Of Our Love

Warnings: Death, blood and crying.
Summary: If Lucas didn't do what (this so called) Aberham did and kidnapped Blake.

"I'm asking you this last one time. Do. What. Your. Told. To. Do." Aberham kicked Lucas once again, as Lucas flinched. Lucas gritted his teeth.

"Never."

"What a shame." Lucas stood up and wiped the blood near his mouth, "I was really going to spare her, but I guess it's too late now." Aberham walked out of the room, leaving a confused Lucas. Lucas decided to quickly get back to the guild and tell a little about Aberham's plan.

Lucas tripped on at least the 50th thing as he limped to the door to the guild, he held his arm as it was bleeding and pretty much that every bit of his skin that could be seen was either bruised or scratched. Eventually, he ended up at the guild's door, he opened the door, carefully, to see everyone look at him with either shocked or worried expressions.

"Lucas!" Blake ran up to the boy and hugged him with tears in her eyes. Lucas hugged her back with his good arm and felt like he was going to immediately pass out, which he did.

Lucas sees the bright light coming from a nearby window and squints to see clearly as he stands his back up. "Are you alright, Lucas?" He hears a voice from the side of his view, he sees Devin with a face of worry on his face and the rest of the guild at the other side of the room except for a certain someone.

"Yeah... where's Blake?" Lucas blinks so he could see clearly and faces Devin.

"She went out to get some berries to make some pie. Actually, it's been a long time ever since she left." Devin says while looking out the window, Lucas has a shock of realisation.

"I was really going to spare her, but I guess it's too late now."

"Blake! She's in danger, Aberham said something about sparing a girl. He knows I'm close with her!" Lucas stands up quickly, maybe too quickly, he ends falling to his knees and gets the help and support from the other guild mates and a wall.

"We'll go find her, you stay here and rest." Brandon sits Lucas back down on the bed and orders the others to go find Blake. Lucas pouted and decided to stay where he was for the sake of his guild members.

Hours had passed and nobody had found Blake, Lucas started to worry and was afraid of having a panic attack. For the sake of his mental health he decided to go where the only place Aberham might've held her captive.

Lucas opened the door with his better arm and sees Blake unconscious and Aberham staring over her, "Hey! Get away from her!" Lucas yelled out and made his way over by quickly limping over to him.

"Ah ah, step any closer and she dies." Aberham puts a sword near Blake's neck, threateningly. Lucas steps back.

"What do you want? What can I do to make you bring her back?" Lucas questioned as Aberham just chuckles, Blake has awakened from her sleep and sees Lucas pretty far away from her.

"You can do nothing. She has already decided her fate." Aberham puts a bit of poison on his blade and puts up to Blake's neck.

"Wait! Please, don't do it!"

Blake smiles as she says her final words, "I love you."

Lucas falls to his knees as Aberham walks away with victory in his hands. "Have a fun life. Lucas." Lucas hears echoes of laughing as well as footsteps coming towards him, Lucas crawls over to Blake's lifeless body. The other guild members walk in with shock and walk over carefully over to Lucas and Blake.

Lucas' tears, from his silent crying, falls onto the blood on Blake's body.

"Why..."

"Why."

"Why!?"

"WHY?!"

Lucas' cries could be heard everywhere as he cries as he hugs onto Blake's lifeless body, the other guild members look down in disbelief and sadness. He cries and cries as the world goes dark. The light from the outside no longer reflected inside, only the moon's light was seen.

The windy breeze crosses their faces as they all stand in silence. Lucas lays down the flowers in front of the grave and the same teddy bear she loved along with the flowers. The vibrant colours of blue and pink represents, 'Sad that your gone, but I will love you until I die also'. Lucas smiles through his tears and gave a quiet "I love you."

Lucas goes to Blake's grave everyday, to either sing a song or to just to say a daily "I love you." He cries every time he thinks about Blake and usually cries to sleep and will always need the comfort from David to calm him.
