Jax and Emma had three classes together. AP Chemistry, AP US History, and Drama.
He always made the biggest effort to speak to her, but it was difficult because she was so....he couldn't place it into words.
He just wished it was easy to talk to her...why was it so difficult? He's liked plenty of girls before. Why was Emma any different?
"Jax? Jax Novoa?"
Jax jumped. Shit, he wasn't paying attention.
"Sorry, sir?" He asked, blinking rapidly.
Mr. Castin looked at Jax expectantly. "Do you need to step out, son?"
"If I may, sir," he replied. Mr. Castin nodded and waved him out.
Jax stood up carefully and walked out of the classroom that all of a sudden felt closer; as if the walls them self were hugging him.
Jax walked around the halls. He sighed and thought of a way to talk to Emma Alonso.
