It's been about a week since Madison and Willow's little incident. Cordelia had brought them into her office a few times to try and get them to talk to each other about what happened but they just ended up arguing again so she eventually gave up. Right now however, Willow was talking to Zoe about a party down at the local bar tonight and how the older witches were planning on having a girls night there. "You should come, I'm sure Cordelia won't mind if we steal you for the night and we have a week off anyway starting today for the winter holidays so it's not like we have anything better to do." Zoe said as they made their way back to their respected rooms since they had dinner and so had nothing else to do for the evening until the party. "I might join you, but is Madison coming?" Willow asked, slightly nervous at the idea of going out for a night without Cordelia's protection with Madison, she knew that she wouldn't hurt her sober since it was more trouble than it was worth but when she was drinking? Who knew what that girl could do.

At the sight of Willow being anxious Zoe assured her that Madison would probably just go off with some boy and she wouldn't let anything happen. Willow eventually agreed on the condition she would keep Madison away from her and so the plan was made that they would leave the academy tonight at around nine-ish, so she had an hour and a bit to get ready.

"Hey, love" Cordelia smiled as saw Willow leaning against her door, "I just wanted to say goodnight" She said and walked over to the older witch, hugging her tightly. "What's up?" Cordelia asked, sensing the tension in Willow's shoulders and the way she hugged her. "Me and the older girls are going out tonight, but Madison's going to go as well," Willow began, but was interrupted by Cordelia before she could explain what the plan was. "No Willow, I'm sorry but I'm not letting you go out with her after what happened last week. She can be a bitch and as your girl-, well as someone who cares about you deeply I won't let yourself put you in danger. Just wait another few weeks for Madison to find someone else to argue with, please."

Willow removed her head from Cordelia's shoulder and looked a little shocked at the comment, she really thought Willow couldn't handle herself with Madison? She was a grown woman for god's sake! "Delia it'll be fine, Zoe said that she would keep Madison away from me and quite frankly I can handle myself" She huffed and moved away from Cordelia. "Please Willow, please just stay in, just for tonight. We can have a movie night and find some Disney classics and-"

"I'm not a child Cordelia!" Willow raised her voice, "I am perfectly capable of handling myself!" she noticed Cordelia flinch slightly at her. "Ok," Cordelia whispered, "Go, I'm sorry I just don't want you to get hurt. I'm sorry." Willow nodded and walked out the room, not knowing what else to say.

Once back in her own room Willow hunted through her closet, biting back tears. Did they just have their first fight? She didn't know. She didn't even know if they were a couple, they never officially said anything to each other but by now the whole academy had sussed out something was going on between the two women in the few weeks they had been, well whatever they were. She pulled herself out of her thoughts and finally picked out an outfit. It wasn't anything too showy, she didn't want any attention tonight plus she didn't have many 'going out' dresses anyway and quite frankly she wasn't a fan of them anyway. Her outfit consisted of a pair of black shorts that came just above her mid thigh which had some rips in them around the pockets, and she had a beige wool jumper that surprisingly went well with her black vans. She put her hair into curls and did some simple makeup, some nude eyeshadow and a pink lipstick. By the time she was finished it was about ten to nine anyway and so she grabbed her phone and wallet which she slipped into her back pocket and went downstairs, checking on the way that Cordelia was asleep, she wasn't but she was reading and didn't seem to notice Willow peering in, however Willow did notice her tear stained cheeks. Deciding that she didn't want Cordelia to worry about her, she quickly ran back into her room and put some pillows under the bed cover to make it look like she was asleep and put a note on her bed stand before walking downstairs.

"Finally you're here" Zoe sighed as Willow made her way down the stairs and into the hallway. "Willow you do know we're going to a bar? Not a farm" Madison laughed and rolled her eyes at Willows outfit. "Madison shut up, Willow you look nice" Nan smiled and opened the door, suggesting they all go or the bar will be crowded by the time they get there since it's ten past nine and since they decided to walk it would take even longer. So they grabbed their coats and headed off.

The walk there was pretty short, it was only at the end of the street after all. Once they got inside they immediately took their coats off since it was stuffy inside thanks to the many people already in there. "Maybe Nan was right about the coming earlier.." Madison sighed at the sight of most the chairs filled up. "You think?" Willow exclaimed sarcastically, earning a glare from Madison. Zoe wandered off and found them a small island table in the back corner, it was dirty and sticky from the previous users but it would do. She called them over and they all sat down.

"I'll get the first round, what does everyone want?" Madison spoke a bit louder than normal to beat the loud music and make sure they could hear her. I'll have a vodka and coke to start with please" Zoe smiled, Nan asked for a margarita and Willow just stared into space, "Willow, Willow!" Zoe waved her hand in front of Willow's face to get her attention, she snapped out of it eventually and apologised, then asked for a vodka and lime.

Back at the Academy, Cordelia had heard the door slam and knew it was the girls going out so she decided to go downstairs and into her office to do some work now she was alone, well she hoped she wasn't alone, she hoped that Willow was upstairs in her room asleep and not out there doing god knows what. But she couldn't quite push herself to open the young witches room, part of her wanted to know that Willow was safe and in her room, but the rest of her preferred to just pray that she was there since Cordelia wouldn't, couldn't bare it if Willow was out there and got hurt while she was home. So she just waited. She waited and prayed that Willow was safe. Cordelia sat down on her black office chair and began to work. She did actually get quite a lot done, she filed some forms for the new witches joining next year, and completed some end of year reports for again the younger half of the Coven. By the time she was finished it was about two hours since she heard the door slam and decided to begin working, making it around eleven.

Cordelia was struggling to keep her eyes open anyway and so when she had stopped herself from falling asleep on her desk for the third time she dragged herself up from her desk and went to get a glass of water from the kitchen before going to sleep. She poured and drank the water and walked up the grand staircase, she turned the corner and reached her room but just as she was about to go inside Cordelia plucked up the courage to open the door opposite to her, Willows room. She peered inside and saw a body in the covers, she smiled and thanked the gods that Willow was home, and safe. She walked inside and pulled back the covers on her head to kiss her forehead, but as she did she noticed that her head wasn't her head, it was a rolled up blanket, she pulled the cover down further and saw that she wasn't there, but a pillow was in her place. She teared up and was about to leave when she saw a page from a notepad on her nightstand, and a message, presumably for her, on it.

Hey Delia, I'm sorry I know that you didn't want me going out but i don't want to be afraid of every bitch who thinks she can well, be a bitch to me. I didn't mean to upset you earlier and I am so sorry about it. Just know i have my phone on me and Zoe promised to keep Madison away like i said earlier so i am safe. Please don't worry about me. I'll see you in the morning (please don't wait up for me, I don't know how long we'll be).
