Bob was released from prison after he tries to kidnap the Thompsons, and he has decided to be a mayor.
Kevin, Lisa, Marla Lynn, Kyle and Laurie were very upset about Bob's released. But Paul, Grady, Ed, Fran, Bill, Mick, Roy, Fred, Karl, Milt, Gary and Dave were reading a newspaper about Bob's exile of being a mayor, and Bob was arrested again.
Meanwhile, Marla Lynn was reading Archie comics, and the cartoon boys, Archie, Jughead, Reggie and Moose had saw her. Moose told her to be polite, and she's only eight years old and she only kisses Archie on his cheeks.
