Nolan is at Moe's and hardly anyone is there, so he and Moe go to the bowling alley and decides he wants to do something that he won't fail at, so gets Moe, Lonnie and Otto to form a bowling team for the league, but they need $500. In the bowling league, the "Pin Pals" are crushing the competition, giving Nolan and the others a huge step toward the trophy.
Nolan, Moe and Lonnie were very proud as cousin Bobby joined the team after Otto was fired. He supposed to turn 24 and his wife was miscarried the child. The team then play the Holy Rollers, a team of members of the church, in the championship game. In a bizarre turn of events, Bobby wins the game for the team.
Meanwhile, Paul, Grady, Ed, Bill, Mick, Roy, Fred, Karl, Milt, Gary and Dave were playing poker as Bobby came by to see them, but Fred and Mick had a reunion with Bobby.
