Sideshow Bob was still in jail, met his younger brother Cecil, and was released from prison to lived at his brother's apartment.
Ed and Lisa came at Cecil's house, turns out, it was Bob and Cecil's cousin, who is the same guy in which Lisa loved.
Kevin came by from the mill he worked, and Kevin asked Lisa about the raise in which Cecil does not know. Cecil kidnaps Lisa, she falls down, and Ed carries her. Bob fights with Kevin, and Kevin bruised a lot of body he has. The officer arrested both Cecil and Bob.
One day later, two Pauls, Grady, Ed, Bill, Mick, Roy, Fred, Karl, Milt, Gary, Dave, Bobby, Ron and Wally were reading a newspapers about Bob and Cecil.
