Kevin told Lisa to babysit their own siblings while Lisa's new boyfriend Ed was watching TV. Nolan and Marva Lynn decide to leave as Lisa was in charge of Marla Lynn, Kyle, Laurie and Maura while they are out, and while Kyle tries to protest, his parents will not budge. Kyle becomes outraged with the proposition, so he plans to 'teach' Lisa a lesson that he is not so easy to babysit. First, he refuses to eat his dinner, fees Maura the ice cream, but Ed correctly said it was toffee ice cream. Next, he watches TV without Lisa's approval. Lisa and Ed tries to take a bath for Maura, and changing clothes, Lisa is finally outraged at Kyle, when Lisa finally orders him to go to bed, Kyle goes to the kitchen and eats bread, claiming Lisa told him to go to bread. At that point, Lisa is about ready to snap.
Outraged, Lisa starts chasing him around the house, Kyle says a bad word, Ed grabs Kyle to go to his room, locks the key, and the key was under the mat.
Later that night, Nolan and Marva Lynn came by as Lisa, Laurie and Maura had a good day, and Kyle has a bad day, and was grounded for a week for not watching television. Nolan gives Ed a $25 for babysitting, he keeps $15 and Lisa has $10.
The next day, two Pauls, Grady, Ed, Bill, Mick, Roy, Fred, Karl, Milt, Gary, Dave, Bobby, Ron and Wally were working at the mill with Kevin, saying about Kyle's being a bad boy.
