The episode opens with a news report about Frank Grimes, a boy who experienced many hard times in his life, and finally self-educated himself to enter the workplace. Frank was hired by Kevin's boss at the mill. Shortly thereafter, Frank crosses paths with Kevin and doubts him. It may have something to do with the fact that Kevin is lazy and thoroughly unqualified for the job he has, yet he is so well off in life.

Back at the plant, Frank's dislike for Kevin heats up as he furthers witness Kevin's ineptitude. When he brings this up to the second Paul and Wally, they see his point but say not to think about it is best. When the first Paul accidentally almost drinks sulfuric acid, Frank knocks the beaker out of his hand and ends up damaging the cafeteria wall, Mick told Frank that the boss needs him. The boss punishes Frank by decreasing his salary, and if Frank messes around with the men one more time, he will be fired. Roy was getting mad, Bill slaps Roy, the second Paul told Frank about it, and Wally shuts the second Paul's mouth.

The next day, Frank told two Pauls, Grady, Ed, Bill, Mick, Roy, Fred, Karl, Milt, Gary, Dave, Bobby, Ron, Wally and Kevin about having a reservation going on. Frank screams out loud, he begins to run around the mill, humiliating his life (such as eating like a slob, peeing on the toilet seat and returning to work without washing his hands). Frank rushes into the mill and approaches an extremely high voltage cable. Claiming that he doesn't need safety gloves, Frank grabs the cable and is fatally electrocuted.

At Frank's funeral, 14 cousins except Dave were attending as Dave and his wife welcomed their first child, a son named Marty.
