Kevin met the homeless cartoon creator named Chester. As proof, Chester shows Kevin and Steve an animated short that he made, and goes about his usual violent tendencies. Kevin now believes Chester, but the nitrate print of the film catches fire, eliminating their only proof.
Waldemar and Herschel had a fight separately with Chester, and Nolan created a cartoon with Chester called "Nolan and the Cousins: the Cartoon Show."
Nolan, Paul, Grady, Ed, Bill, Mick, Roy, Fred, Karl, Milt, Gary and Dave were watching this clip and make Kevin laughed. Chester finally got a several billion dollars for un-bum it all the time.
