Today was the day of my baby shower. Felicia had called and said she was hiding out in California. She changed her name to Regina. She even changed her look and got a new identity. Smh this girl be going to the extremes. I was now 7 1/2 months pregnant and couldnt wait to have my baby.

Alonzo helped me out of bed and into the shower. He said today was all about me and his baby girl. It warmed my heart. He pulled out a royal purple mullet dress with silver linings and sliver flats. He said I couldn't wear heels cause he aint want me to fall. Like really nigga I been walking in heels since I was 15, but I wore them to ease his worry.

Jaylin came over and did my hair and make up for me. Just cause I was pregnant dont mean I had to look a hot mess. When we were done getting ready I took a pic for the gram with Alonzo.

Felicia, Jaylin, and Alonzo commented a few seconds later.

I shool my head and laughed before getting off. Jaylin came in and helped me down the stairs and into the car. The boys had left again to finish last minute details. We locked the door, got into the car and pulled off.

"So you excited?" she asked me.

"Yes I'm ready for her to come out but im scraed that its gon hurt. I never gave birth before"

She laughed. "trust me its just as bad as you think it is"

"So have yall thought about names yet?"

"We're still thinking about it" I shrugged.

"How bout  Angelique Aliyyah Victor?"

"Aww cute but thats a lot of A's"

"So"

I rolled my eyes "We'll see"

We pulled up to her house and there were cars lined up and down the street.

"It cant be this many people here" I said.

"You and Lon are Hood Royalty. A lot of people got love for yall especially with what yall did to trey and them"

I shook my head "This is a lot of people Jay".

"Girl this is your baby shower. Get in there and enjoy it" she said pusing me into the house. There were many people inside. Most of them I didnt even know.

"Congratulations Shantay"

"You and Loyalty are gonna make a beautiful baby"

"Congrats on the baby"

I scurried into the kitchen where Alonzo and Q were talking.

"Hey baby" he said kissing my cheek when he saw me.

"Hi. Hey Q. Where's Nelle?"

"Upstairs getting ready" he said.

"Is this everybody?" I asked.

"Not sure. I cant even believe all these people are here" Lon said.

"Yall dont understand the term 'Hood Royalty' too well huh? Yall like the Beyonce and Jay-Z of the hood to them"
