Princess in multimedia

I woke up and didn't feel Alonzo in the bed. I looked at the clock and it said 1:00. I got up and went to the bathroom to do my hygiene thing. When I was finished I heard the puppy whining and pawing at the door before I let her in and picked her up.

"Hi baby. You're so cute" I said kissing her head. "Now what should I name you? Hmm? How about princess... Yeah I'll name you princess" I said. I carried her downstairs and saw a note on the kitchen counter.

Took Aliyyah out for ice cream. I'llbebacklater. Loveyou.

I smiled at the note and threw it away. I decided to call Mia, the manager of my store. What? Y'all thought I was leeching off them? Ha no. I own my own store called Tay's. It's a store for girls and women. It has clothes, sandals, accessories, underwear, purses and etc.

"Hello?" She answered.

"Hey Mia. How's it going over there?"

"Oh hi Ms. Shantay. Everything is fabulous. We've been getting a lot of business since summer started. We may even need to restock soon"

"Really? That's great! Maybe I'll take a trip over there today"

"That'll be good. I'll see you later" she said.

"Bye Mia" I said before hanging up.

"What do you think Princess? Wanna take a trip to my store?" She just looked at me and wagged her tail.

"Okay we can go. But first we need to get you a leash. Something that screams PRINCESS" I put her down before going upstairs. I put on and simple pink t shirt some skinny jeans and my pink boots with the heel on the bottom.

I grabbed my keys my purse and MY Princess before heading out.

Trey

I pulled up into a parking spot at PetSmart a few spaces away from Shantay. I watched as she got out of her car with a black puppy.

Whendidshegetapuppy? I thought.

She was smiling hard as she walked into the store. Now what woman do you know will be happy after her boyfriend gets sent to jail. Smfh.

I walked in after her and "accidentally" bumped into her on the aisle with the dog leashes.

"Oh shit my bad. Shantay? What you doing here?" I said fake shocked. She rolled her eyes.

"What the fuck you want Treyvon?"

"Hey hey hey. Is that anyway to talk to your husband?"

"I'm not with you anymore"

"True, but we are still legally married 'honey'"

"Trey. Get the fuck away from me" she said trying to walk away but I pulled her back.

"Baby what's with the attitude?"

"Why can't you take a hint. I don't fuckin want you anymore. I'm finally happy" she said.

I'd just noticed the ring on her finger. I grabbed her hand and took a closer like.

"What the fuck? Is that an engagement ring? You accepted a proposal from that nigga?"

She snatched her hand back. "Why the fuck do you care. You ain't care when you fuckin Tracy so don't care now. And for your information it's not an engagement ring its a promise ring. But I guess you don't know what a promise is" she turned to walk away but turned back to me.

"And if I find out that you're following me again, I'm calling the police and filing a restraining order on you"

I smirked "you can't prove that".

She chuckled but it was one of those 'bitch please' chuckles.

"Awww don't you remember. You installed those cameras into my rearview mirror for situations such as these. At first I thought it was just a coincidence because Miami is a big city but after the tenth time I started recording you." She smirked.

"Oh and your little 'plan' to get Alonzo sent to jail didn't work"

My face went pale

"Yeah I knew. Zaire told Felicia so that she wouldn't get caught up and Felicia told me. You or anybody else will not break this up" she grabbed a leash with studs on it before she strutted off and I just stood there in shock.

Shantay

I paid for the leash and put it on Princess before leaving the store. I pulled onto the highway and made sure that Trey was following me before heading to my store.

I walked in and saw customers walking in and out and I saw that stuff was selling fast.

I walked up to Mia.

"Dang girl you wasn't lyin. You'd think it was Black Friday up in here"

She giggled "I know right. We may need to hire extra help in here" she said.

"Extra help? We already have four cashiers. Michael, Nikki, Brie, and Josh. Plus you. We're fine" I said laughing with her. I got a text from Alonzo.

I laughed and shook my head. Mia I'm gonna head out. I'll see ya later okay?

"Alright. Bye Ms. Shantay"

I got in my car and headed home.

Alonzo

Y'all I think I'm pregnant.

Shut up it's not funny. I'm forreal. I been craving and throwin up lately. This shit is terrible. I was sitting on the couch with Aliyyah watching the video from last night.

"Where is the puppy?" She asked.

"Uhh, I think your mom has her" I said.

"What do you think she named her?"

"Probably something really girly like Baby or Princess or Passion"

She laughed "that does sound like her.

A few minutes later she walked in with the puppy on a leash.

"Hey babies" she said kissing us both on the cheek.

"Ma, what did you name the dog?"

"Her name is Princess. Doesn't it fit her?" She said. Aliyyah and I looked at each other and laughed quietly.

"What's so funny?"

"Nothing" we both said at the same time

"Mmhm. Oh my gosh is that the video from last night?"

"Yup. You should've saw your face when daddy pulled out the ring. It was too funny" Aliyyah snickered.

I laughed too. "And when she took the puppy out the box, her face was priceless"

We sat there and laughed at her for the next hour.

"Since it's so funny Princess is sleeping on your side of the bed tonight" she said.

"What how you gon kick me out my own room?"

"You better sleep wit Aliyyah"

"See. I would let you sleep in there but the way my bed set up, it's only big enough for me" Aliyyah said.

"But I wanna sleep in my bed" I pouted.

"Guess you better start kissing up" she said winking at me. I swear she freaky asf.
