When we got home we all started getting ready for Aliyyah's graduation. I'd just gotten out the shower when my phone rang.
"Hello" I answered
"Hey, did you say the graduation was at 4 or 5" Felicia asked me.
"Four"
"Aight thanks girl" she said hanging up. I got dressed in a casual mid-thigh white dress with a black shawl and black wedges with white accents. I curled my hair and went to Aliyyah's room to do her hair.
"Ma should I wear sandals or wedges?" she asked going through her shoes.
"Sandals, come sit down so I can do your hair. How you want it?" I said combing through her hair.
"I want tight curls"
"Okay" I said grabbing the flat irons and curlers.
1 Hour Later
"Will y'all come on we gone be late" Trey yelled as we came downstairs
"Shut up" I yelled back. we all got in my car and headed to her school.
Jaylin
I had just finished getting my kids Christian and Jayla ready for their graduation. They were twins and went to the same school as Aliyyah. While we were getting in the car my brother Alonzo called me.
"Hello" I said getting into the driver's seat.
"Hey sis you said Misty Meadows Elementary right" he asked.
"Yeah its right around the corner from the Imperial plaza"
"Okay thanks"he said and hung up.
"Hey mom where's dad at" Christian asked.
"He's gonna meet us there sweetie" My husband Chris was a retired NBA player due to the fact that he tore his ACL in his fourth year. I got in my car and went to go pick up Felicia.
