It's the time of year where school starts and everyone is confused on what's going on😂. I might post more now since I'm going to be procrastinating on all my homework lol...😭

WARNINGS: Character near-death, heart problems

Note: I am not a doctor at all so my explanation may be fickly but I did research about this.

2nd person POV

The bed feels cold and empty once again. How many times has it been like this? 20? 50? 100? You lost count at that point. You knew of all his unfaithful activities, and he knew you knew about them. But you both stayed.

It was the tenth time he had not come home in the span of two months. You waited for him all night, texting him numerous times, hoping that he was safe and would make it back home. Your attention is turned towards the door when you see him opening the door.

You rushed towards him and hugged him, the alcohol scent was basically like a cologne. He pushed you off him and muttered about you being annoying. But you were worried all night and you wanted to know where he was these last two months.

"Where were you? I texted you so many times but you didn't answer them at all. Did something happen?" He ignored you and continued to make his way to the kitchen, grabbing himself a cup of water to down that nasty alcohol away. When he stayed silent, you went up to him and tried to touch him on his shoulder.

"Kuni-" He slapped your hand away and gave you the dirtiest glare you've ever seen. Your heart broke at his words.

"Just shut the fuck up! I'm sick and tired of you clinging to me and asking to know where I am. You don't need to know okay?! God, this is why she's so much better than you." Both your eyes widened. He looked at you with a look of shock, not expecting himself to spill his secret from you.

He expected you to yell or shout or even slap him but you just stayed silent for a while. Eventually you walked away and went up to your and his shared room. He quietly followed you, keeping some distance between you two. But you did nothing but just go get ready to take a shower.

He was somewhat relieved that you weren't screaming or shouting at him and just went under the covers to sleep. Without any worry in his head. But you on the other hand were so broken that you couldn't even cry. All those emotions inside you, you didn't whether you should be angry, sad, betrayed or hurt.

You got out of your shower, seeing him fast asleep. You went to your side and saw his chest rise and fall, you lean over to move his hair from his forehead. 'Why couldn't things be like how it was like before?' Tears finally falling down your cheeks as you cry yourself to sleep. Feeling an uncomfortable pain in your heart.

You both didn't say anything or mention his affairs after that. You stayed with him, like an idiot, clinging on to the hope that he must've stayed with you because he still loved you. That he only needed to full filled his sexual needs that you couldn't help with. You kept telling yourself all these lies.

Yet, each time you did, your heart felt a shock of pain each time. You and Kunimi both just stopped eating together, his specific words were "I get sick just watching you eat." But you just smiled through the pain and did as he wished.

And whenever you'd suggest going on a date and he reply with "Can't. I'm meeting with them on that day" or "Can't you just go by yourself? Don't be so needy." Despite all of that, you smiled through the pain once again. No matter how lonely you were, you just got over it, no matter how broken you felt, you just go over it.
