Comfort-Suna Rintarou

This story is just based of some things that have happened recently due to school and corona so I thought it would be cute to make it into a story! Hope you enjoy!

2nd person pov

You were very very close to killing your teachers at this point. Who in the right mind makes the students teach themselves for 6 weeks and when they come back to school, only give them a week to revise before the exams!

The teachers who taught you the most important subjects barely taught you at all during the video calls, and just let you do the work while they stay on the call to 'answer' questions. What makes it worse that during the whole isolation, you haven't been able to meet up with Suna.

Not seeing him for nearly a month and a half really killed you. You were so stressed out and really just needed a hug from him. Luckily corona went down in your area and you were able to see him again at school.

Though it wasn't the best to be honest. You were so stressed about the fact that you exams were literally next week you both weren't able to be all happy and sunshines. It was just filled with you being anxious and stress and you knew it wasn't good for him to be comforting you all the time.

You could tell he was getting frustrated at you and so you decided to distance yourself from him. Just a little bit to let him be able to get some space from you. And you even told him about it.

"I just think we both need a little space from each other before the exams. I feel bad that you are always comforting me all the time." He just looked at you with his apathetic face and just nodded.

"Sure." And walked away. It hurt you how lightly he took it and how quickly he accepted, but you knew that you shouldn't have expected any less. But it still hurt. When you text him, he doesn't really reply back or when you do, he tells you to remember to distance yourself from him.

You realised this was the most stupidest thing to do before the exams. You didn't what you were thinking. You really missed him but why was he acting so cold?

You had just finished your maths exams and it killed you. You spent half the time doing the complex unfamiliar and could not get it at all. (not sure what it's like in your country but in my country, the section the maths test up from easy questions to the hard ones.)

And the question wasn't even apart of something your class studied or did. It was basically new content. And all you wanted right now was to hug Suna and let your worries go.

You opened up the door to his class to see his tired face. However, what you weren't expecting was to see him hugging a crying female classmate. You knew he wasn't doing anything unfaithful, but you couldn't help but feel jealous.

He noticed you and looked at you with a worried face. He was about to let go of the classmate to go to you, but you already shook your head and left before he could. Of course, he felt guilty when he saw your sad expression.

He knows he was being cold, but he also didn't know what to do. He too was also stressed from being in isolation and seeing you act so anxious made him feel suffocated. Although, you realised this and gave him some space, he knew he acted colder than he should have.

He let the female classmate go quickly and told her to find a friend before he started to chase after you. But you were already gone. "Shit!" He yelled out. He just wanted to hug you and tell you how sorry he was for being cold.

But he stupidly missed the chance, for another person. He felt a bit light headed from running too quickly all of a sudden, but he still wanted to see you.

A couple of hours had passed since you saw Suna hugging his classmate but didn't see a single message from him. You knew he was new to the whole dating thing but you thought he might have wanted to text you.

However, your eyes light up when you see his username.

Hey, can I come over?

Uh... sure.
Read.

You were a bit hesitant at first, but you still missed him so you thought 'why not?'. But you were also really nervous and you heart was beating like crazy.

You spent the next 20 minutes walking around you room, trying to calm your heart down but you couldn't help the nervousness and excitement that was flying around your stomach. You were brought out of your thoughts when you heard a knock on your window.

There he was. You nervously went and unlocked the window to let him inside. You stared at each other awkwardly and you were about to say something, but Suna beat you to it by pulling you in to a hug.

It was warm. All you frustrations and depressing thoughts that you bottled down, started to come out. You let your tears fall and hold him back just as tightly. It turned to the point where you were even wailing.

Suna could only stay there while whispering words of encouragement in your ear while hugging you tightly to his chest. Comforting you to the best of his abilities. "It's okay. I'm here for you." And eventually you calmed down, and he managed to reduce your tears to small sniffles.

"You feeling better?" You nod at him and hide your face in his chest. But he surprised you when he picked you up and carried you like a princess.

"Ah! What are you doing?" And he only stays silent while he carries you to your bed and places you under the covers. He then also invites himself on to your bed and cuddles his head on your chest.

You smiled as you gently pet his hair lovingly while he bought his hand up and down your back. He then pulled his head up to look at you with an apologetic face.

It caught you off guard, since he never showed any emotions other than his blank face. "I'm sorry I avoided you and was hugging another girl.
I don't know why I even did ignored you. I promise I won't do it again." He says and hugs you tighter. Like he was a child hugging his favourite lost toy.

"It's okay. I'm sorry too, I probably stressed you out as well. And besides I trust you enough to not cheat on me or be unfaithful." You could feel him smile and you both just held each other till you fell asleep.

Bonus extra:

"Oh, but Kita-senpai might be giving you a bit of an lecture at practice." Suna looked up at you confused.

"I might have told him about you avoiding me and stuff... hahaha" you say but you saw the colour drain from his face.

"W-wait what?!"
