"Huge as always." Sophie told Biana when they arrived at Everglen. "Come on in!" Della said, opening the gates. "A friend of ours made something called Mallowmelt." She said, handing a tray of 'mallowmelt' to Sophie and Biana. "They always make such strange names." Fitz said. "They're names are Grady and Edaline." Biana said. "Wait...does Keefe know them?" Sophie asked. "Yep. Mostly everyone knows them. They're so happy and nice...well...they used to be." Biana said. "They're still nice though." Fitz reminded her. "Yeah I know." Biana said. "Sooo...wanna play base quest?" Fitz asked. "Sure." Biana said. "What's that?" Sophie asked. "It's a game we made up. Here. Lemme explain."

"Ohhh okay. I'll be on Bi's team." Sophie said. "No fair! I'm out numbered!" Fitz groaned. "Go find someone then." Biana snorted. "I'll be back." Fitz said, running off. After a few minutes, Fitz came back with Keefe. "I call to be with Foster!" He shouted. "It's your unlucky day! You get to be with Fitz!" Biana shouted back. "Fiiiiine." Keefe agreed.

After base quest

"Aarggggggrfghjk." Fitz plopped down on a chair. "What kind of language is that?" Keefe asked. "It's clearly not a language Keefe. It's the sound of the losing team." Biana teased. "Yeah! We totally won!" Sophie laughed. Keefe took a bite of the Mallowmelt. "Edaline's making right?"

"Yup." Della said, striding into the room. "Hey mom." Fitz and Biana said. "Hi. Someone's looking for you." Della said, looking at Sophie. Sophie frowned and went outside. She gasped when she found Kath, Kara, and...Austin. "See?! I told you that she came back!" Kara angrily said. "Sophie." Austin spat out. Sophie froze. "Let us in!" Kath ordered Della. "Who are you and what do you want? You do know that you are trespassing right?" Alden said. "I-um I am Sophie Foster's guardian." Kath hissed. Sophie gave Alden and Della a pleading look that said, please leave. I'll talk to them. Della and Alden seemed to understand and uncomfortably walked away. "Get outta there Sophie." Kath said. "No." Sophie said. "That's 30 minutes in the closet." Austin said. "I don't care. I'm not going with you." Sophie said. "You will and-"

"I'm tired of you treating me like a servant! What? Guardian?! HAH! More like my boss!" Sophie spat. "Well if you are done, I will leave. And I recommend you to do the same. You are trespassing." She said, going back into Everglen. "Sophie! Are you okay?" Biana asked. "Yeah. You look kinda pale." Fitz said. "Sorry. It's normal. I get pale every time I'm near them." She said under her breath. "What?" Keefe asked. "Nothing." Sophie answered. Della walked into the room. "Hey Sophie. We got a room ready for you." She said. Della led Sophie into a light gray walled room. It had a queen sized bed and a desk. "Sorry if this room is so bare." Della said. "No! It's...It's perfect!" Sophie said. I. Have. A. bed. Sophie thought. "Well I'll leave you to settle in." Della said, walking out. Sophie flopped on her bed. "I have a bed." She whispered. "I...I have someone who cares about me."
