Sophie woke up to darkness. She looked around and saw her unconscious friends. "Um hello?" Sophie whispered. "Ah, Sophie. You're awake." A sickeningly familiar voice said. She turned around and gasped to find Kath in a black cloak. "Kath?" Sophie croaked out. "Where am I? What is that cloak? Where's Austin and Kara?" I asked. "I'm a part of something called, the Neverseen." Kath leaned in and smirked. "Kath." They heard. Another cloaked figure with a hood up was there. "You're not supposed to tell her that-"
"Whatever! I can do my own things." Kath snapped. The man glared at Kath and stalked away. "Anyways where was I? Oh right. I'm part of the Neverseen and you are our top target."
"Um okay but why are you telling me?" Sophie asked. "Because Sophie Foster. Use that big brain of yours. Why am I?" Kath cackled and left. Sophie was out of breath for some reason but she followed Kath in the shadows. "M-mom? Where are we?" Austin asked. "Get your sister-whatever her name is. Kara I think and follow me out." Kath coldly said. "What's going on?" Kara asked. "Do what I say!" Kath ordered. Kara shifted and said, "tell us where we are!"
"Yeah! We deserve to know!" Austin said. "Follow and you don't get hurt." Kath hissed. "But mom-"
Kath took out a melder and blasted Austin and Kara. Sophie stifled a gasp. Kath glared at her 2 daughters and walked away. Sophie dragged them both to where the other's were and collapsed. She needed water. Badly. She gasped for air but it was as if someone was drowning her. Then, someone touched her shoulders and said, "relax. Here's some water."
