Sophie woke up in an ice cold room. She wasn't tied, or drugged but it was FREEZING! She could see her breath. I need to get out. Sophie thought, shivering. She heard 2 more people shivering. She spun around. Austin and Kara? Oh right! They accidentally left them in the woods...whoops. "Wake up!" I whispered. Austin woke up with a start and coughed. "Where am I?" She asked. "Austin, that you?" Kara asked. "Sophie?!" Austin asked. "What?" Sophie wrapped herself with her arms. "We need to get out!" Austin hissed. Sophie's eyes flitted around the room. "The vents!" She cried. There were lots of cracks on the walls so they slipped their fingers through the cracks and climbed up to the vents. Sophie and her step-sisters crawled through the vents until the air got warmer. Through the slits through one other vents, they could see Kath. "Why that room?" Someone asked. "Oh, y'know...being cold is awful." Kath laughed. Austin and Kara shivered. They continued to crawl. "This way!" Sophie broke a vent by smashing her elbow against it. They jumped out. "YES!" Sophie cheered. "I still hate you." Kara informed Sophie. She shot Kara a glare. Sophie sucked in a deep breath. Time to go home.
