~not alone~

I knew it was bad when I woke up in the morning and the only thing I looked forward to was going back to bed.

The thing is, sometimes all we need are hobbies, something that we would like to do and could take our minds to a different place. I know, it's hard to have a hobby when you've got no motivation to do anything and you don't wanna force yourslelf to do things.

Sometimes we can't find a hobby, but we always had at least one before our depression, think of that one. How much you liked doing it and maybe you would want to try it again. May seem unpleasant but we have to force ourselves a little to become better. So try to do at least one thing that made you happy before. Maybe you will start liking it again.

Please don't let social media make you feel like you need to accomplish all of your goals in a short time. Lack of patience creates pressure and stress. Take it easy, you got this.

We all need to take our time to heal, but we can't do it just by ourselves.
So reach out to your friends, the ones you know they care about you because I know they do and try to explain your sadness and discomfort. Sometimes we need a little pat on the back and a reminder that everyone is here for you. You may feel like no one cares, but don't you think that's impossible? A lot of us care and when I say a lot then it's A LOT. There's always a person who will be glad to hear your hardships and maybe give you some tips. Maybe all you need is someone to say to you that they care, but you won't hear that if you won't say when you have troubles.
