All you need are 6 months, everyone is saying that in this time you can change everything. You don't need to tell anyone, you are the one who needs to see the change. You can start with surrounding yourself with people that you feel that are good for you. Energies are contagious. Your environment sets your standard. Raise your standard if you want to change your life. So choose your friends wisely.

If you're tired. Do it tired. I know, sounds like you have to push yourself, but maybe you don't need to do that. Do things your way. Think of a way you can get yourself out of depression without making it seem like a burden to you. Ask yourself " not what do I feel like doing, but how much I am capable of doing?" You don't need to pressure yourself into overreaching, you'll only feel bad if you don't end up accomplishing what you set up to do.

Somtimes it's good to know how severe your depression is. Because, as sad as it sounds, if it's really bad you can't get out of it yourself. Maybe we need antidepressants, maybe we need therapy. Don't be afraid to reach out for those. Trust me, nothing bad will happen if you ask for help or if you just try to be better. I know it's hard, but if you came this far that means you can go further.

When you go to therapy your head may feel like you're having tons of unorganised thoughts, they are so many and your head is filled with them, making you overwhelmed. Well, a therapist keeps your head and thoughts organized. You may even end up telling your burdens without realizing, and like that your vision becomes clearer. Anyone can go to a therapist. It hepls a lot and makes you view and face your troubles differently.

"If it's out of your hands, it deserves freedom from your mind too."
