"an overwhelming feeling"

There comes a point where it all becomes too much. You might be feeling overwhelmed, it's okay, you can always escape this feeling because this is temporary. You might be feeling overwhelmed because you're doing it all on your own, and I know how hard is that. That's why it's so important to reach out for help, don't fear rejection, sometimes we can't carry everything on our own.

You just need to give yourself a break, you are strong, but at the same time you may be exhausted, don't worry, it can all go away.
So I'm gonna remind you some things:
You don't have to figure everything out today and you don't have to solve your whole life tonight.

Your calm mind is the ultimate weapon against your challenges. So relax.
Managing to calm yourself is hard, but it's not impossible, sometimes taking a few deep breaths, venting to someone close or reminding yourself that everything is going to be okay will free your mind.
Then, you'll find peace, and peace is such a wonderful thing, you deserve it.

Just when you feel you have no time to relax, know that this is the moment you most need to make time to relax. I know how it is to make yourself busy so you won't have time to think about everything. But have you considered that you'll only make you feel more overwhelmed that way? Deal with your feelings, don't run away from them, this way you won't be able to have time for yourself and everything will become a burden. Every free time you'll get to yourself will be destroyed by your suffocating thoughts, just because you didn't deal with them at the right time.

So don't let your thoughts for "later". Deal with them now by talking to someone about everything that feels like it suffocates you. Or write everything down, you might free your mind this way.

"Sometimes it's okay if the only thing you managed to do today was breathe"
