"it's friday" billie said while grabbing my hands and glancing over her back, watching the people that pass us. "come on just spend the night... i don't want you all alone in that big ass house"

i looked down at my feet and sighed. "fine..."

"oh shit for real?" she had a surprised look on.

i nodded my head and began walking to class.

billie pulled me into the side stairs to make out with me and then she asked me that. it's cute how she doesn't want me being all alone.

i had history next and she had something else so we said goodbye to each other.

it'll be my first time going over to her house though. i'm expecting some big ass house like mine, but i don't know.

"look who decided to come to class today" abel said when i walked in and sat in my seat.

"yup" i sighed.

he's annoying as fuck idk why sage likes him

i managed to get through class without wanting to beat a bitch up. it was lunch time now and i met sage by the stairs.

"hi jay" sage said when i walked up to her. "i've missed walking with you" she giggled.

"i did too" i laughed and pulled out my phone. "dude remember how me and jaz used to like... you know"

"yeah?" sage furrowed her eyebrows together. "what about her? didn't you ghost her?"

"i did" i said while showing her a text she sent me. "but she texted me saying she misses me"

sage and i bursted out laughing.

"are you gonna tell her something?" sage asked me while we sat down at our table, waiting for everyone else.

"i don't know" i shrugged. "i got something else on my mind"

"you like billie huh?" she smirked at me.

"no i don't" i blushed. "... maybe a little..."

"id rather you go back to jazmin than go to billie" sage told me with a serious look on her face. "i've told you how billie is just... bad bad news"

"she isn't"

"she's literally making you ditch everyday" she sent me a look. "she's b-a-d jayden. she's bad! i've told you before but you don't listen"

"billie isn't that bad" i mumbled quietly.

"don't come crying to me then" sage sighed.

"i think i'm gonna text back jaz" i tried to change the subject and she sent me a look.

"you ghosted her for a reason, no?" sage said.

"well... no" i fiddled with a ring on my finger. "i just got bored?"

we left that conversation alone and said hey to tate and josiah when they arrived.

"looks who's finally heree" tatum nudged my arm.

"where have you been!" josiahs dramatic ass yelled, causing people to look at us.
