Dinner

After James had been laying on his bed for over half an hour his mum comes back up stairs
"Siri is talking to reg and I thought I would come and see you"
"Mum I'm so sorry I didn't tell to be total honest I was scared I still am cause now I need to tell dad"
"Oh sweetie you dad might be shocked and maybe he will take a while but he loves you and you having a boyfriend won't change that"
Mrs potter left soon after that to go start on dinner and James continued to lay on his bed debating how he was going to tell his dad.
"Hi"
"Hi reg"
I opened my arms which regulus jumped into cuddling into my chest
"What we're you thinking about"
"How I was going to tell my dad I thought maybe at dinner tonight"
"With me there cause I no if that was my parents they would curse us both into the next century"
"My dad won't do that and if you rather I did it's fine"
"In the end it's up to you"
After that James went back to thinking and regulus fell asleep and they stayed like that for a couple hours until James heard his dad come home.
He immediately jumped out of bed waking up reg and in that moment he heard his dad office close next door and he decided he was going to tell him now.

MR POTTER POV

I sat in my office chair and let out a long breath before I heard a quiet nock on my office door and I was shocked when James stumbled in with his down fiddling with his finger
"What wrong James why are you not loud and hyper"
"Umm well... I... I'm in a relationship"
"Ohhhh who is she and why is that a bad thing..... wait is she pregnant"
"What no no"
"Oh ok so what up"
"She is a he"
I sat there for a moment taking this is boyfriend not girlfriend
"Ok son are you gay"
"No im bi"
"I don't know why your scared you know I love you no matter what and when do I get to meet this guy"
"Thanks dad and now if you want"
"Oh um yeh"
James walk back to the door and comes in holding regulus hand and something in me is not surprised.
