Regulus and James had relaxed a bit about hiding it they didn't want to tell Sirius but they were both still not as worried about telling him it was a Sunday afternoon when James thought his life was over.
30 minutes earlier
"Reg come hear"
James grabbed regulus sleeve and pulled the younger into his room and immediately started kissing him it was hungry and fast after a couple minutes they broke apart both boys panting slightly and the James pushed regulus down onto his bed and the started kissing again this time it was slower the lips moving in sink with each other after a couple of minutes they broke apart again this time James taking of his top and flipping regulus onto his back and kissing him again they did this for a while very now again braking apart and smiling at each other they weren't sure how long they were doing this for and were completely unaware that to people had walk into room before they heard a booming voice shout "GET YOUR HANDS OF MY LITTLE BROTHER" which James immediately recognised as Sirius and the broke apart and when James turned to look at Sirius to his horror his mother was standing behind him hand over her mouth.
James jumped of his and grabbed his shirt pulling it over his head
"It's... not what .... well it is what it looks like but I-"
"ARE YOU DATING MY BROTHER"
but before James could answer his mother spoke for the first time "James what's going on dear you can tell me"
And realising that James had no choice to come out he did.
"Well I'm bi and regulus is my boyfriend and I'm so sorry pads for not telling you we both were scared about what you would"
Sirius just stood there in shock not being able to move or talk
"Jame I love you no matter what you always remember that and so I think I'm going to make some coffee and maybe regulus can come with me and leave you boys to talk"
With out another word she left the room and regulus got and walked over to James kissed quickly on cheek before running to catch up with Mrs potter.
"I don't care that you like guy but really my brother" Sirius blurted out after standing there in a awkward silence "I'm so sorry Siri I never planed it and well we both wanted to tell you"
"You no what it's fine but don't do anything in front of me and if you ever hurt my brother I will kill you"
And like his James's mother Sirius left the room leaving James standing there on his own.
James decided to go and lay in his bed and leave Sirius to talk to regulus and as he lay there thinking of what just happens he remembered that every one now new that he was bi except his dad and that he was going to have to come out to him now and that though scared him.
