"Hold that thought," you growl, "I've got something to take care of first." You stomp across the den over to where Eaglekit and Ravenkit are hanging out on a log. "Hey!" you shout, trying to catch his attention.
Eaglekit looks down on you, bemused. "You don't have to shout so loud. Unlike Sparrowkit, I can actually hear things without cats screaming at the top of their lungs," he says, laughing. Ravenkit gives a little chuckle at his joke.
"The only one who thinks something like that is funny is a horrible meanie like you!" you cry back. Even to your own ears, your insult sounds pretty feeble.
Ravenkit and Eaglekit laugh at you. "Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like my whiny little littermate is trying to insult you," sneers Ravenkit.
"I'm not trying to insult him. I'm gonna take him down!" you retort. Why couldn't she just stay out of this, you think angrily.
Suddenly, Eaglekit jumps off the log. He pads over to you and puffs out his chest to look more intimidating. "You wanna go?" he snarls. His larger body casts a small shadow over you. He's four moons old and I'm only three, you think. This fight isn't going to be easy.
Sparrowkit comes running up to you and gives a little tug on your tail. "You don't have to do this (Y/N)kit. You're just gonna get hurt. Just listen to my idea, it will be really fun, I swear," he says nervously.
Ravenkit's fur bristles a bit. "Ugh, Eaglekit, leave that puny brat alone. I'm tired of looking at their ugly face. Let's go somewhere else."
Eaglekit waves a paw. "Shush." His piercing yellow eyes stare into yours. "The only one I want to hear from is you." He unsheathes his claws. "So, what you say, runt? Still think you can take me?" he growls.
1.Sparrowkit's right. This probably isn't going to end well. Besides, anything to get away from the walking dirt places that are Ravenkit and Eaglekit. Go to Page 17.
2.You're fed up with this drama. You ignore all of these losers and decide to explore the camp alone. Go to page 19.
3.You don't back down from a challenge. Eaglekit's going down! Go to page 20 if you have one point of warrior training. If you don't, go to page 21.
4.Maybe it's not too late to check on Violetkit. You can't deal with this energy anymore. Go to page 22.
