Insanity (Dream SMP) Book 2

Chapter 7

I almost killed him. Technoblade thought, stealing a glance at his brother. He had never in all his life been so full of rage before, it was as though all he could see was how much of an annoyance Tommy was, he had been blinded by anger and unable to see Tommy's many good qualities. 

"Sapnap lives somewhere up here." Dream said after a long moment of silence. Techno nodded, he could hear shouting in the distance, and at first, he wondered if Schlatt had beaten them to Dream's friend's house, then he realized that the other yelling voice was George and rolled his eyes. Those two are as good as brothers. He thought. He could just make out another voice that sounded like it was trying to break up the fight but the two boys didn't seem to hear. 

"If you even say something like that again I'm going to kill everything you love and burn everything you own!" George yelled. Technoblade could just make out the two guys facing each other, no swords in hand thank god, but they certainly looked angry.

"It's the truth!" Sapnap snarled. 

"Guys, please stop figh-" Techno saw Bad watching them with wide eyes, trying desperately to stop them with no such luck. 

"Quiet, Bad!" Sapnap growled. Techno saw a flash of green and in a matter of seconds, Sapnap was on the ground, being held down by Dream.

"Do not yell at Bad!" He yelled. Sapnap struggled for a moment, looking confused before he realized that Dream had been watching and stopped.

"Yeah, kill him Dream!" George said snarkily, watching them. Dream kicked out and tripped George, sending him to the ground with a yelp.

"Stop it, idiots!" He yelled, getting off of Sapnap and glaring at them.

"Sorry," Sapnap muttered. 

"Yeah, sorry dad," George muttered. Dream kicked him again as he tried to get up and he landed on the ground again with a huff. "Hey!" He growled.

"Stay down," Dream snorted. George grumbled but didn't try to get back up and Techno chuckled. Tommy walked forwards and nodded to Sapnap who didn't seem to acknowledge him. "Schlatt's back, he's trying to get the book from Techno." 

"What idiot would bring him back?" George snorted, rolling onto his back. I'm the idiot that brought him back. Techno thought, looking at his feet. "Can I get up now?" George added.

"I'll allow it." Dream sniffed. George rolled his eyes and got back up, brushing dirt off his pants and face. "What were you even fighting about?" Dream asked. 

"Oh yeah, Sapnap said Beckerson was just a random fish that we picked up out of the water," George growled. "So I said that he was just an idiot that we picked up off the road." 

"I'm a person, Beckerson's a fish, there's a difference," Sapnap said defensively, crossing his arms. 

"To be fair, he's right George." Dream said, glancing at George. Sapnap grinned and George let out a growl. "But if you yell at Bad I'll... I'll do something bad." He said. Bad was watching from a distance for a while and he smiled.

"Thanks Dream." He said with a pleased expression. "Do you need help with beating Schlatt? I'm sure I have time to help you guys." He added.

"Yes, that would be great," Techno said. "I thought he changed like Wilbur did," Techno muttered. "I was wrong." 

"You did it?" Sapnap chuckled. "You're the one that brought him back? Gosh, how stupid do you have to be-" He started. Dream tripped him as he'd done George and Sapnap landed in the dust with a thud, the breath driven from him.

"He's not stupid for thinking everyone should deserve another chance." Dream hissed. George shot Sapnap a snide look and Dream kicked him as well. 

"Hey! I didn't even say anything!" George growled, crossing his arms from where he was laying on the ground." 

"You said it with your eyes." Dream said. "Stay down." He added as Sapnap started getting back up. Techno snorted, amused by the behavior of these people. "Anyway, we need your help." Dream said.

"Fine, can I please get up now?" George asked, sounding annoyed. 

"Ok." Dream said. George started getting to his knees and Dream smacked him in the back with his foot, pinning him to the ground again. Sapnap, who had been getting up, dropped to the ground at once, glaring at Dream. "False, trust no one!" Dream shouted with a grin.

"Dream!" George yelled, coughing out dust and forcing his way to his feet. Dream knocked him down again and he cursed as dust entered his mouth again. "Sthop ith!" He coughed around the dirt and grass. 

"You get up when I say you can get up." Dream snickered. "Sapnap can get up." George slammed his fist down on the dirt as Sapnap got to his feet slowly. 

"Lasth thime you said I thoud get up you thmacked me!" George coughed again. "Than I get upth?" 

"Fine." George waited a moment before he got to his feet, sliding away as if expecting Dream would smack him again.

"Thank you." He muttered, sputtering dirt and grass everywhere.

"That's enough playing around," Techno said. "As much as I enjoyed that, we need to get going and stop Schlatt before he's prepared to fight." 

"If you block my airway with dirt I won't be able to fight with you." George coughed again, glaring at Dream and Sapnap who was grinning at him. 

"I know," Dream shrugged. "But it was funny, Techno said himself." 

"So this is just about impressing the big man?" Tommy snorted.

"Meh." Dream shrugged. "Maybe a little." Techno snorted. I don't need to be impressed, I just need to get things done. He thought. 

"Come on guys," Techno said as Bad, Sapnap, and George joined them towards L'manfield. "We have some L'manbutts to kick." 

That chapter was kinda a joke. I just thought that there should be at least one funny chapter so here we are. Hope you like it. :D
