Chapter 33

** Zoeys point of view **

Sitting in my room i was wondering how I was gonna break the news to Connor. I mean what if he doesn't want a kid what if he leaves me it's not like I intensionally hoped to be pregnant. " Well Zoey.." I looked up at Sarah puzzled " You never answered my question who's is it? " I frowned " Who do you think?! Iv only ever been with Connor " I snapped Sarah stayed quiet I sighed. " Look im sorry I don't mean to be pissy but I'm just stressing over how I'm gonna tell Connor And more importantly my mom " Sarah nodded than replied " Well whatever the case & whatever happens il be with you every Step of the way.

I smiled. " Thanks Sarah. " I got up and walked into my bathroom I pulled up my shirt and looked at my reflection in the mirror. I didn't see a baby bump not just yet I mean it sorta looked like I had gain some weight but that's all. I poked at my belly with my finger my stomach felt tight and hard. I sighed again pulling down my shirt than walked back into my room and laid down on my bed I softly place my hands on my stomach. I heard a knock at my door than Sarah walked back in " Hey , he's here " Sarah said. I nodded than got up and walked out to the living room where Connor was slouched on the couch I rolled my eyes.

" Hey baby " I say as I brushed my hand over his shoulder " Um I'm gonna leave an let you two have some time alone " Sarah said I nodded than she walked out the front door. I walked over an took a seat next to Connor " We need to talk " I say as I stared down at my hands. Connor shut the TV off than faced me he had a grin on his face that slowly faded away when he saw the not so happy expression on my face. " Your not breaking up with me are you...? " I looked up at him and shook my head no. " Than what is it? " I took in a deep breath before saying anything else dammit I don't know how I'm gonna tell him.

" Connor... I'm pregnant I found out today after school Sarah went with me " Connor was silent for a moment it seemed like forever before he finally spoke up. " Does your mom know? " I shook my head no. " Only you and Sarah know so far. " I say. " Who's is it?" My mouth dropped did he really just ask me that. " Well Zoey I ask because not only have I been with you but that bastard Cole took advantage of you... remember? " Connor asked as he clenched his fist. Damn I forgot about that I guess in a weird twisted way that makes scenes. I sighed " Good point well I'm hoping it's yours , and... I'm hopping you won't leave me because of this " I say as a tear fell down my cheek.

Connor reached up and wiped away my tear than pulled in for a hug " Babe there's no way I'm leaving you not now or some where in the future " i wrapped my arms around him and pulled him closer to me.

8:30Pm

I was sitting on the couch watching The Voice when my mom walked in the door. " Hi sweetheart " I gave her a small smile I didn't know how I was going to break the news to her hopefully she takes it well. I got up and shut the front door behind my mom than fallowed her to the kitchen for a moment I sat there on the bar stool in complete silence. " Mom? " " Yes sweetheart .. " I took in a deep breath I had to tell her one way or another she's gonna find out. " Can we talk ? I well... I have something I need to tell you " I say as I fiddled with my fingers some more. " Alright spill " my mom said as she put away the groceries.

" Um well... I'm pregnant. " Mom froze as the loaf of bread and a bag of potato chips fell from her hands and onto the floor. Not a word has come out of her mouth im a little concerned I don't know what to think is she mad or possibly happy for me. " And when did you find this out ? How far a long are you? " My mom asked as she picked up the loaf of break & potato chips and set them on the counter. " Today after school Sarah and me went to the doctors and I don't know " I say my mom sighed rubbing the back of her head. " Are you mad? " I asked I whispered. " No just a little surprised and taken back but who's the daddy? " " Connor " my mom shook her head than walked out of the kitchen with out putting up the rest of the groceries.
