I woke up drenched in sweat I looked down realizing Zoey was laying in my arms fast asleep. I took in a deep breath remembering why I'm laying in the hospital than it all occurred to me. My daughter is dead because of a one person who's taken away my future an everything id been looking forward to is gone.

" Connor you still here? " Zoey mumbled

" Yes baby? " I replied back

" What are we going to do? Keep the baby or have them take her out of me? "

Mmm that was a tough question I wondered though if we did keep the baby would there be enough room for say another baby to grow inside her. Ah shit I dont know that might have been the the hardest question iv yet to been asked.

" Zoey I really dont know how to answer that with out giving you the wrong answer. "

Zoey sighed as she rubbed her stomach with her hands I know she was just dying to feel heartily move again. Neither of us could have ever seen this coming I just wanted to know why us? Why did this have to happen to us our daughter.

Next Day

" Sarah you going to school today or you gonna come with me to see Zoey? "
I asked

As i waited for Sarah's response I walked over to my closet an grabbed a sweat shirt an slipped into my boots. I didnt need a shower I already took one last night so really I just needed to brush my hair out an put it up.

" Im going with you duh! Fuck finals they can shove that up there asses. This is my best friend were talking about I really hope the baby is alive. "

" Good now hurry an slip into some clothes mean while im gonna go grab something to eat. " I say.

I left sarah in my room an headed off to the kitchen where my mom sat at the table reading the news paper. I walked towards the cabinet an grabbed a packet of smores pop tarts out.

" Your not skipping school today?! You can see your friend after school. " Mom said

Is she freaking kidding I agree with Sarah school can wait.

" Mom my friend is in the hospital I need to see if shes okay! "

" As I said your not skipping school end of conversation?!"

I scuffed Bullshit I was skipping school weather she liked it or not.

" SARAH!! come on ! I yelled

When she finally got her ass down here we both walked out the front door. We took my dads old Chevy truck instead of my car.

" I wonder what's gonna happen to Casey " I say out of curiosity

" Im gonna beat her ass or possibly strangle her! "

I chuckled

" I wanted to be the one to do the ass beating , I mean last time you got to kick her ass at least i think so... "

The hospital was a 20 minute drive from my house but I couldn't wait 20 minutes to get to the hospital. So I did what came to mind first that's right I sped all the way there hoping I wouldn't get pulled over. Once we got to the hospital I parked into the closest parking spot there was than shut off the engine.

" Come on lets go! " Sarah hollered as soon as she got out of the car.

" Fuck you could slow down!" I say as I was still pulling the keys out of the engine.

I knocked on Zoeys door 2 or 3 times before the door opened up to Connor. Me an Sarah both shoved passed him an rushed to the Side of Zoeys bed. Both connor an zoey looked like crap like they'd been up all night.

" Hey Zoey how you feeling?" I asked as I took a seat next to her.

" Im fine I guess.. " Zoey said as her eyes filled with tears my heart sunk.

" She didnt make it did she?" Sarah whispered as she held onto Zoeys hand tightly , her eyes filled with tears as well. Zoey shook her head No as she starred down at her lap.

" That Bitch?! " I snapped angirly

" I swear that girl needs to drop dead real quick , I cant believe you dated Casey Connor! " Sarah yelled

" What the fuck?!! Since when is all of this my fault? " Connor snapped

" Both of you shut up arguing is the last thing that needs to happen. " I exclaimed rolling my eyes.

Zoey leaned her head into my shoulders an bursted into tears I wrapped my arms around her trying to comfort her as much as possible. I looked up at Connor you could tell he'd been crying but you could also tell he was trying to hide it as well.

" Typical men.. " I mumbled to myself.
