** Zoeys point of view **

2 weeks later
November 12th..

" So have you got a dress picked out for homecoming? " Sarah asked I thought back to the last time Id went to any store that had homecoming or prom dresses. That was about a month or two ago when I was meeting Andrew at the mall to hang out , I remembered seeing this really pretty pink dress. " No I don't it's been a while since Id gone out shopping " I say as me and Sarah walked into the gymnasium for some big assembly.

" Oh goody! That means you can go shopping with me and Alice after school. " " Who's Alice? " I asked as we took our seats. " Oh Alice is a new girl in school she's in my Government class she already has a secret admirer " Sarah said laughing I smirked " Let me guess Nicolas is crushing on yet another girl in other words Alice " Sarah shook her head. i giggled " I'm thinking he has to many crushes on to many girls it's like he can't make up his mind on who he truly likes. "

The principal cleared his throat into the microphone I guess that was his way of getting our attention. " Well as you all know Christmas break is around the corner not only that but our biggest game of the year. I was thinking.... " Blah blah blah neither one of me or Sarah listened to anything he had to say instead we just sat there talking.

" So who you going to homecoming with? " I asked Sarah shrugged " I don't know I haven't been asked by anyone " " Oh well I'm sure someone will ask you sooner or later just give it time " I say reassuring her.

" Stop stop!! There's the mall " I tell Sarah she made a sharp U turn and turned around " Woah! Try not to kill us " Alice said in the back seat I couldn't help but laugh. We drove around the parking lot for about 2 or 3 minutes till we finally found a spot to park the car at. It was kinda weird how the mall seemed so busy at 4 in the afternoon. We all grabbed our purses than got out and headed into the mall the first thing I smelt was food filling my nostrils. " Yummy! " I say to myself. " Guys I think the dresses are on the second floor " Sarah said we all got into the elevator and waited till we got to the second floor , when the elevators opened BAM!! There was tons of dresses in our view. Sarah wasted no time an skipped over to the dresses me and Alice fallowed behind her.

" So Alice I know your new but has anyone asked you to homecoming yet? " I asked Alice started blushing " Yeah this one guy in my English class. " " Oh yeah an who may this guy be? " I'm preying she doesn't say ' Nicolas ' in my mind he was a freak. " Sean.. You know he has dirty blonde hair sky blue eyes he looks to be about 5'9 " Damn he's a cutie I remember how much I use to think he was hot before I was with Connor. " Oh Nice choice he's a cutie " Alice smiled " Yeah he is " " Hello! Are you guys gonna talk all day or look for your dresses? " Sarah hollered. We spent the next couple hours looking through over 20 dresses trying to find the right one.

In the end Sarah ended up getting a dark blue dress it was mid thigh , Alice ended up getting a dark purple strapless dress the top was tight than the bottom of the dress was puffy kinda like mine. Only Mine was Dark pink kinda like a replica of the dress i found last time I came to the mall. As for shoes we all decided on getting Silver high heels each were about 4 inches tall. Sure hope I don't fall and break my neck in these shoes or perhaps do something more humiliating. " We should go to that Chinese restaurant we passed on the first floor im starving! " Alice said. I'm glad she said something because food actually sounded good. " Sure " Sarah said. I kinda had a feeling she wasn't a big fan of Chinese food but oh well.

" So Zoey you never told me who you were going to homecoming with " Alice said as she took another bite of her food. " My boyfriend Connor " I say like it was no big deal. " What about you Sarah who are you going with? " Sarah looked at Alice and replied " Nobody yet " than looked back down at her food. " Sarah I'm sure someone will ask you no doubt about it " Alice said. " So Alice is there any particular reason why you moved down here ? " Sarah asked taking another drink of her ice tea. Alice shrugged " I wanted to live with my dad my moms a bitch and I can't stand her. " "Oh! " Me and Sarah both say at the same time.

" So I was thinking since we're out and about we should go see a movie " Alice said as we headed towards the car. " Like what? " Sarah asked " Mmm.. what about that movie either Annabelle or Ouija " " Annabelle!! Annabelle!! " I say with excitement. Sarah and Alice both chuckled " Annabelle it is " Alice said.
