Chapter 34

** Zoeys point of view **

Well it's been a month since i found out I was pregnant didn't take long for everyone in school to find out. Although it was quite annoying people constantly asking is it a boy or girl or if we got any names picked out. I was startled when the school bell rang I gathered up my stuff and headed out of the classroom an straight to my locker. Where Sage happened to be " Can I help you ? " I asked. " I just wanted to congratulate you on the pregnancy " Sage said. " Oh.. Um thanks " I say as I shoved my books into my locker than shut my locker door. " Zoey? " I looked over at Sage an replied " Mm? " She frowned " Is everything okay ? You don't seem like your self today " " Yeah I'm fine but hey I'm gonna go look for Connor " Sage shook her head than I walked off.

I walked down the hall and took a right turn and walked into the cafeteria where a bunch of other kids stood in line waiting for there treys. I stood at the entrance of the cafeteria an scanned the room hoping I'd run across Connor. " Hey!! You looking for Connor? " I jumped at the sound of Alice's voice , I looked over at her an shook my head yes. " Oh well he's out back sitting with some of the football players eating his lunch " " Oh " Was all that escaped from my lips. " You can sit with me , Sarah and Maria if you want " " Alright " I say than we both headed back to the cafeteria where the line had died down a little.

" Oh hey Zoey congratulations on the pregnancy " Maria said as she waved at me " Thanks " I say smiling than took a seat next to Sarah. " So I was thinking maybe after school if nobody busy we could go shopping especially for you Zoey we can get stuff for your little bundle of joy. " Sarah said. " But I don't even know if it's a boy or girl yet " I say taking a drink of Alice's water. " Well than we can get stuff like a car seat , stroller , and a crib all that stuff " Maria piped in. Mmm didn't sound like a bad idea at all it be good to be prepared before I have my baby. However I'm just praying Connor is the baby's daddy I couldn't imagine Cole being the father to my baby.

When school was out I was most definitely happy 1 being im starving and I'm craving some Mc Donald's preferably there double courtier pounder Mmm that sounded amazing right about now. I shut my locker an turned around to bump straight into Connor. " Hey baby Iv missed you all day " He Said as he kissed my for head. I smiled " I missed you to " I say leaning against my locker mostly cause my back really hurt at the moment. " Would you like a ride home? " " Uh no me , Sarah , Alice , and some girl name Maria are going shopping. " " Maria huh? She's new to this school she's in my Algebra class. " " Oh that's nice " Me and Connor both looked to our left when we heard Alice clear her throat. " Excuse me but I'm going to need to steal your girlfriend for the rest of the day " Alice said jokingly Connor chuckled than looked back at me and gave me a small peck on the lips. " Well than il see you later tonight than? " " Sounds good " I say.

" You know Zoey I really think we should have stopped by the mall never know they might have some baby stuff " I sighed shaking my head. " Alice of all the times Iv been to the mall Iv hardly seen anything that has to do something with new borns " " Well that's cause you don't look every where or very good " Sarah said Alice smiled clapping her hands with joy " So does that mean we're going to the mall? " Alice asked " Sure does " Sarah said. " While we're at the Mall im getting me something to drink my mouth is dry " Maria said. Okay... that was a little random but getting a drink didn't sound to bad..

When Sarah parked the car in an empty parking spot she shut off the car and we all hopped out shutting the car door. " Guys!! Slow down " I Say walking faster at the moment I really didn't have the energy to run to the maximum. " So how about Jc Penny's? " Maria asked once we all walked into the front doors " You can go , im gonna help Zoey " Alice said " Same here " Sarah agreed. Maria rolled her eyes an skipped away disappearing into the crowd of people. " You know for some reason I get the feeling she doesn't like me " I say as we walked towards a store. Alice waved her hand " Don't be ridiculous Maria is just one of those people who likes to be the center of attention but not in a snobby way. " She said. " Oooo! Zoey look at that cute stroller in there " Sarah pointed. The stroller was pink and had strawberry short cake printed all over it I wasn't sure that I liked it.

Me , Alice , and Sarah separated for a few minutes wondering around in Dullards looking around for our own things. I actually wondered off into the men's section I kinda wanted to get Connor something while I was out but I didn't know what. Maybe new shoes? Or a Hoody? I wasn't sure so I looked around some more until I came across some Harley & Hollister shirts an damn were they expensive. But I decided to get one of each anyways I made sure to grab a Size Large for Connor. Soon enough il be wearing size large clothes hell I won't even be able to fit into my jeans it will be sweat pants for the next 9 months. Damn that reminds me I should go looking for some clothes for me ones that il actually be able to fit in.

So it cost me 27$s all together for both of Connors shirt oh I also bought him some new shocks I think he might love! I walked back into the lady's clothes with my bags and headed straight for the Woman's jeans. They had from size 2s to size 28s holly shit I'm not to sure il be that big that's insane a size 28. " Hey Zoey I found some cute baby clothes in girls just in case you have a girl for that matter. " Sarah said as she showed me the couple out fits she didn't have to buy for me. " Sarah! " I whined. " You know I hate it when you buy me stuff I mean don't get me wrong I love the out fits but you do know I have money right. " Sarah rolled her eyes " Don't worry about it they didn't cost that much & I didn't just spend money on you I got myself a couple of out fits as well " I sighed looking down at my phone it read 7:23Pm " We should go get something to eat im starving " I say " Well first we have to find Alice and Maria " Sarah said I nodded I forgot they even came with us.

Later that night I came home later than I intended to when I walked into the house the lights were out and of course the house was pitch dark. Of course it would be considering it's about 9Pm I silently shut the front door behind me and slipped off my shoes than silently headed to my room. I opened the door to see Connor was passed out on my bed aw didn't he just look so cute. i shut the door silently carefully not making a sound I stripped off my clothes and changed into my pajamas and climbed into bed with Connor slipping under the covers.
