I know what you mean when you’re saying that sometimes you are scared to embarrass yourself in a way.
But I think that is the thing about acting: You have to BE the character. It is weird that it is called acting though because that’s what you mustn’t do: Act.
You are probably still feeling too much like yourself. You think about what the others might think. That is because you’re still you!
And about the writing thing: Yes, writing is definitely easier... not only for you but for me as well.
I’ll see you tomorrow at our extra session then (You can try the acting thing then. It should be easier because there will only be the two of us... and Mrs Kingston of course. You have to forget about yourself and BE the character. Just try. I’m sure you can do it).
