*Celeste's point of view*

When I arrived at Whitewater college, it was ten o'clock so I decided to park for the night and get some rest. As I started to settle down for the night, a high-pitched screeching noise came from a bat overhead.

...

Checking the time on my car's dashboard, I nearly cried. I cannot believe I woke up at six in the morning, I barely got any sleep. Opening the car door I noticed how beautiful the college was. It was a huge five-story dark red brick building. There was a courtyard surrounding it with a bunch of cemented paths leading toward the dorms. Wanting to look somewhat presentable, I ran my fingers through my matted hair. Thankfully I packed a few snacks before I left last night, grabbing a banana from my bag.

When I looked in the car mirror there were dark circles under my eyes. Making me look like a raccoon. I searched the back of the car trying to find my lip gloss.

"Ah, here it is!" I said to myself.

The lip gloss had a citrusy smell like ripe lemons and oranges.

As I stepped into the college the once beautiful, vibrant brick building looked dark and gloomy. The walls were a dark shade of red with small awards nailed all over. Tracing my hand over one of the metal awards, my powers decided to kick in. The award suddenly smashed, spreading all over the dark hardwood floor. Realizing what had happened, I frantically began to pick up all the tiny pieces.

"Can I help you, miss?" Someone said overtop, causing me to jump.

Standing up I swiftly kicked the remaining metal fragments under one of the benches in the lounge.

"Hi, um yes actually can you tell me where I happen to get my dorm room number and my schedule?" Looking straight into his beautiful blue eyes. He had golden blond hair that covered his forehead. He smelled like a warm summer day on the beach. He is so hot!

"I can take you to the main office if you'd like..."

"Hello, miss..." he said again.

"Oh right, yeah that would be lovely thank you," I said, completely unaware that I had been staring at him.

As we made our way to the main office I saw a beautiful rose painting hanging up on the dark red walls, it reminded me of back home.

He looked over at me and asked, "What's your name?"

"Oh, it's Celeste," I replied.

"What a beautiful name, my name is Marcus. Nice to meet you." He said with a genuine smile.

"Nice to meet you too Marcus," I said, smiling back.

When we finally arrived at the office he stood at the door watching me go up to the front desk. Feeling his eyes on my back as if my shirt was see-through.

"Good morning. It is my first day here. Can I get my schedule and room number please?" I asked kindly.

"Sure, one second." She replied. She handed me a folder with everything I needed.

"Have a good day," I said.

Heading out the door I noticed Marcus' eyes linger on my body a little too long, watching my every move.

....

He walked me to my dorm room and was about to leave but quickly turned around and said, "Give me your phone."

"Text me if you need anything", handing me back my phone.

"Alright, nice to meet you, Marcus."

Just like that, he was down the hall walking away. I couldn't help but feel warm inside. Who are you, Marcus? Using the key that was in the folder, I opened the door to my new room. The walls were painted white and there was a small twin-sized bed sitting along the wall. I sat on the bed closing my eyes for a second.

"Hey there!" A deep voice said.

I quickly opened my eyes and Damian was standing in the doorway with a grin displayed on his face.
