*Celeste's point of view*

When I walk into the forest I don't feel calmer like usual. Today it is making me more angry. What is happening to me? I see a large fallen tree. Suddenly I am drawn to it, sitting on a limb that fits me perfectly. My hands are shaky, feeling this power build inside me. I stand up and face the fallen tree.

In a split second the tree breaks in half releasing all the built up anger. Did I just do that? Feeling tired I fall helplessly to the forest floor seeking it's comfort. When I notice the blue butterfly it lands on me.

What is happening to me? Putting my face into my hands as I start to cry. I haven't cried since my parents died in the fire saving me. I start crying even harder remembering them.

"Make it stop!" I shout.

With lightning speed someone is next to me, I realize that it is Drake. Did he follow me in the woods?

"Are you going to hurt me?" I ask. He shakes his head no.

"Why are you here?"

"I feel like I am supposed to protect you, I saw you crying and I heard you scream. I thought someone hurt you."

"Why would someone hurt me?" I replied.

"There are a lot of vampires that roam this forest."

I look at him in complete shock. "Are you a vampire?"

"Yes, I am a vampire," he replies.

Quickly getting up from the ground I frantically move away from the monster sitting beside me. He's too quick, he grabs my arm.

"Let go of me!" I shout.

He says in a soothing voice, "Calm down, I'm not going to hurt you."

Still trying to pull my arm away, I respond, "Please let go of me."

He lets go of me examining the painful red marks he left on my wrist. "I'm so sorry I did not mean to hurt you."

I get up and walk away but he catches up to me. "Please leave me alone!" He doesn't leave.

"What is wrong with you?" Does he not understand that I want to be left alone. I am so confused right now, and I don't want to have to deal with him too.

As if he knows what I am thinking he stops and just looks at me. I didn't see the tree branch in front of me and I trip and fall. I feel a gust of wind and I am back on my feet again.

"Thanks," I replied.

"You are welcome miss..." There's a pause for a moment and he says, "I don't actually know your first name."

"It's Celeste."

He says, "That's a pretty name."

"Thanks." I responded.

We just keep walking for a while completely in silence only hearing the twigs crunch below our feet. I get tired so he picks me up and carries me wherever we are going. Resting my head on his shoulder, I breath in his woodsy scent feeling calmer.
