The marriage of videha princesses were going to happen within an week, Raja Janak had called all their relatives including Chandrabhaga's mother and her family. Raja Janak didn't know that Chandrabhaga's brother had a lust for Urmila the day he had seen her in Mithila, his name was Manik. Urmila was also liking his company and spending time with him forgetting Lakshman. Lakshman was getting more and more jealous of that good-for-nothing cousin of Urmila. He also started to ignore urmila the way she was ignoring him. He spent most of the time with his brother's or in the gardens of Mithila. One night 🌃 Manik thought to use Urmila for his pleasure his eyes were feeling the lust of Urmila's body, (Lakshman had noticed this and, already warned him to stay away from urmila) that night when Manik tried to seduce Urmila Lakshman reached in time to save he started to beat Manik so badly that Manik's face was barely recognisable. He was chocking on his blood
L(in anger): maine tumse kaha tha! Maine tumse kaha tha urmila se dur raho!! Par tum nhi mane ab iska dand tumhe avashya milega!!
R: Lakshman!! Chodo use!
L: Nahi bhaiyya aaj mujhe mat rokie isne ek stree ka man bhang karne ka prayatna kia hai! Uska dand ise avashya milega!!
Urmila had called out to others somehow she was scared that Lakshman might harm himself in the fight. It needed all three brothers to take him off Manik. Lakshman had tried his best to get removed by the Brother's grip and hit Manik but was stopped by Ram.
Manik: Ha lakshman tumne sahi kaha tha mai urmila ko apne swarth ke lie upyog karna chata hun!
Lakshman tried to lunge forward in a run to kill him but Ram held him tightly not letting him to kill Manik.
Janak: Tumhe iska dand avashya milega Manik! Sipahio ise kaid kr lia jaye aur karavas mai dal dia jaye! Is mrutyudand milega!
Lakshman glanced over at urmila who was shocked at her actions, guilt sweeped over her she was ignoring a noble man like lakshman for her good-for-nothing cousin that had only lust for her. She felt guilty for ignoring him.
The next morning she apologized to lakshman profusely. He had forgiven her immediately she realised , loyalty was the thing lakshman had in him for his loved ones she had never heard of lakshman had let something wrong happening with his loved one.
