It wasn't a normal day it had just been some weeks sita was abandoned by ram, ram was heartbroken, urmila had despised lakshman for leaving sita in the forest.
~Ram's P.O.V~
It was a normal day for the subjects, but lakshman seemed to be a bit off. He had a habit of waking up the first among us brothers, but that day he got late for the court when he came he seemed to shiver and had dark circles, but it didn't matter now he was always sleeping late. After the day was done I dismissed the the court when we were leaving we heard a thud we turned to see lakshman had collapsed on the floor, he was breathing heavily.
~Ram's P.O.V over~
Lakshman spoke in the lowest voice
L: Bhaiyya.... Bhaiyya...
Ram ran to him and turned him to his back, lakshman lost his consciousness, Ram patted his cheeks to wake him up but all his tries went in vain, even Bharath and shatrughna tried to wake lakshman up
R: Lakshman utho!
Bh: Lakshman!!
Sh: Bhaiyya uthie!
Bh: Bhaiyya hume lakshman ko jald se jald vaidya raaj ke paas ke jana hoga
Ram picked Lakshman and walked as fast as possible to his chamber. He immediately called out for the vaidya raaj.
R: Kya hua vaidya raaj, lakshman theek to ho jayega na
Vaidya raaj: Ji Maharaj parantu kumar lakshman theek se aram nahi kar rahe the isliye unhe tej bukhar hai
~Lakshman's P.O.V~
I wasn't feeling well since the morning when I woke up my head was paining lightly, I went to the court but I started to shiver when we were going back to our chambers my head started spinning and I collapsed on the floor I heard some startled noises before the world went black.

Kaushalya, kaikey and sumitra sat beside lakshman, ram sat with lakshman's head on his lap Bharath and shatrughna near his arms. Shrutkirti and Mandavi sat on the couch but worry for their brother visible on their faces. After sometime lakshman came to his senses he made himself sit upright on the bed with the help, sumitra hugged him sobbing slightly lakshman kept a reassuring hand on her back as not to worry.
Kaushalya: Lakshman tum apna Dhyan kyo nahi rakhte?!
L: Aab se pakka dhyan rakhunga, badi maa.
Kaushalya: Achi baat hai, ab tumhari maa ko bhojan to karne do
L: Ji maa ap sab chake jaie mai....
R: mai kahi nahi jaunga!
Bh: Mai bhi nahi!
Sh: Mai bhi nahi!
L: Acha thik hai, thik hai! Parantu mandavi bhabhi, shruti tum log jao aur aram karo
