Chapter 11

It's Halloween which is exciting!I love Halloween at Hogwarts!I lay in my bed for a while before getting up this morning. I got on my shirt, skirt, tights, shoes, tie(I finally learnt how to do it!) jumper and my robes "Morning 'Melia" I heard from Hannah's voice "Good Morning Hannah!" I replied happily "Your too happy and awake" She said, I just shook my head and smiled "It's half eight you'll need to get up soon we've got lessons in an hour and you'll have to have breakfast too" I said before leaving, I met Justin and Ernie in the common room "Morning you two!" I called "Morning Amelia!" Justin exclaimed "Good Morning" said Ernie. I walked up to breakfast greeting many people along the way. I ate my breakfast with Cedric but went to go sit with Harry and Ron once they came in. I know we're not really supposed to sit at another house's table but everyone does it and the teachers don't really mind after all, They'd have done it when they were in Hogwarts! As students I mean they're still in Hogwarts... kinda... Oh whatever.

After breakfast I headed off to charms class with the Ravenclaw, I sat next to Rose again, I do like her "Hello Rose!" I said "Hi Amelia"She replied "Settle down now class!" Squeaked Professor Flitwick "Today, Class, We will be learning the Disarming Charm" He started " Expelliarmus .This spell is useful in a duel, As It can cause your opponent to lost their wand giving you a chance to hex them in another way"

End of school day

I walked out of Transfiguration to be met with a sight of terror, There stood Harry, Ron and Hermione in a puddle of water with a cat hanging from one of the torch brackets! I gasped loudly when I read what was in the wall in what looked like blood "The Chamber of secrets has been opened" I looked between Harry and the wall, Teachers came hurrying to see what all the commotion was about Professor McGonagall froze,as did Professor Flitwick "You'll be next mudbloods" Draco Malfoy hissed "That's enough everyone! Back to your common rooms, Immediately" Professor McGonagall said loudly we all began going to our common room "Not you Potter, Weasley or you Granger" I heard McGonagall say as I walked away talking in hushed whispers with Hannah

"Do you think they did it?"

"No... Although the evidence points to it..."

Ernie joined us "My mum told me about the Chamber of secrets, There's some type of monster that lives there"

"Do you know what it is?"

"No"

"Oh.."

We arrived back to the common room where I sat with my legs criss crossed on the floor,looking up at Hannah and Ernie who were sitting on one of the overstuffed sofa's "That work in charms was really easy today,wasn't it" I said "Yeah"Hannah laughed "I did it on my fifth try" she said "I did it on my fourth" Ernie said "My third" I said, grinning "Dang it Amelia" Ernie said causing Hannah and me to roar in laughter, which attracted stares from other people in the common room I didn't care i found it funny, I got stares a lot anyways.

Not much else happened on Halloween except for the feast which was delectable! I had extra helpings from everything, back in the common room that night I sat with Hannah, Susan, Justin and Ernie chattering about stupid things really although we had a small discussion on Magical Creatures.I do love Magical Creatures.We talked about books as well,My favourite is 'Quidditch Through The Ages'I love Quidditch!Im going to try out for the team next year!

A/N: This probably seems very early but...Should Amelia go on the horcrux hunt with Harry and Ron or go to Hogwarts during the seventh year?I want it so Hermione isn't really best friends with the boys so it doesn't seem totally out of the blue she might not come and then Amelia will be basically there in Hermione's place for the most part.Also Sorry this chapter is so short
