Once I woke up this morning I went down the stairs to find a letter addressed to me sitting on the table, I picked it up, wondering who on earth it was from. Once I picked it up however I recognised the messy scrawl immediately, It was from Ron. I opened the letter to find a cutting from the Daily Prophet (Dad doesn't get the daily prophet he says it's mostly utter rubbish anyways, They don't speak about pressing matters such as the rotfang conspiracy!(Anyways that's not what I'm writing about at the minute)

Arthur Weasley,Head of the Misuse of Muggle
Artefacts Office at the Ministry of Magic,has won
the annual Daily Prophet Grand Prize Galleon Draw.
A delighted Mr Weasley told the Daily Prophet ,'We
will be spending the gold on a summer holiday in
Egypt, where our eldest son, Bill, works as a curse
breaker for Gringotts Wizarding Bank.'
The Weasley family will be spending a month in Egypt,
returning for the start of the new school year at Hogwarts,
which five of the Weasley children currently attend.

I reread the article and then looked at the moving picture where all nine Weasley's (Ron, Ginny, George, Fred, Percy, Bill, Charlie, Mr Weasley and Mrs Weasley) stood waving, I smiled at the picture. The Weasley's do deserve the world, All of them as have met (Ron, Ginny, George, Fred, Percy and Mr Weasley once at the ministry with Dad) have all been extremely nice. I'm so very happy for them! After I read the cutting and seen the picture I took out Ron's letter

Did you read the other thing I sent!If you haven't please read it now!

It's brilliant in Egypt you know.Bill's taken us round all the tombs and you wouldn't believe the curses the old Egyptian wizards put on them.Mum wouldn't let Ginny come in the last one and it was a bit scary,Don't tell Harry that though...In my defence! There were these weird mutant skeletons in there, of Muggles who'd broken in and had grown all these extra heads and stuff!

Anyways, I couldn't believe it when Dad won the Daily Prophet draw. Seven hundred galleons!

My mouth fell open at that part before I continued reading

Most of it's gone in for this holiday but I'm going to get a new wand for the new term!

We'll be back around a week before term starts and we'll be going up to London to get all the new stuff for school. Will we see you there or will you have gone before that? Let me know. I've wrote to Harry asking him as well

I finished reading it and smiled, It was nice to hear from a friend. Harry never writes and I've been waiting for a letter from someone else, I threw the envelope into the recycling and went upstairs to put my letter into my box, I have this box that's arranged all nicely, see, It's got all the letters I've ever gotten inside. I've got a whole section dedicated to my cousin Evanna whom I send letters back and forth to (She lives in France with her two mum's so we don't get to see them very much though were just back from visiting them and I have a lovely tan now because of the lovely weather there) There's another part for the rest of my family (well the one's that we're in contact with, some of my mums side of the family blame me and Luna for the death of mum, they said we should have done something about it but I don't know what they expect us to have done, It was a backfiring spell, we're kids, nothing could have been done) and another section for most of my friends (Hannah, Harry, Ernie, Justin, Susan and Heather. I used to have letters from Grace in there but I might have accidentally lit them on fire) and another section for Ron (which has a lot in it).
