Chapter 52

Three months later

About three and a half months have passed and Y/N started going to the police academy about two weeks ago. It isn't exactly what she was expecting. It's harder than she thought it would be. It's exhausting and her trainers and teachers treat them like shit.

Her relationship with Nayeon is going very well. It's healthy and they don't fight like they used to. Y/N also moved in with Nayeon about a month ago, but they're both busy and don't see each other as much. 

Y/N is at the academy right now and she had to do some physical training alongside other students. They push them a lot to do their best and luckily Y/N has a good physical condition. 

"Yah! Why are you so slow huh? You should be able to run back and forth in less than a minute, but it took you more than a minute. Did you come here to play? Aren't you taking this seriously?" Ms. Yang, their most important teacher scolded a student. This woman drives Y/N crazy, she keeps scolding everyone and she's basically mentally abusing the students. Luckily the woman hasn't scolded Y/N yet. Probably because she's new and because she's doing well.

"I-I'm sorry." The girl looked down.

"You're sorry? Sorry isn't going to fix the fact that you're shit." The woman pushed the girl's shoulders lightly but that was enough for Y/N to interrupt. She's been keeping quiet for 2 weeks now, but she can't do it anymore. As the woman was about to push the girl again, Y/N got in front of the girl.

"Stop it." Y/N said calmly and the woman started laughing.

"Who the fuck are you to stop me? You're that new kid aren't you? What was your name again?" 

"Choi Y/N." Y/N glared.

"Listen to me Choi Y/N. I'm gonna say this once and you better listen carefully. Don't you ever dare interrupting me again, understood?" Ms. Yang touched Y/N's chin and Y/N slapped the woman's hand away lightly.

"What if I do?" Y/N asked and everyone's eyes widened. All the students are scared of Ms. Yang and no one dares to talk back to her. 

"If you do, you'll regret it. I never paid attention to you until now but now you'll be on my radar, so be careful Choi Y/N." The woman smiled creepily and hit Y/N's cheek with two of her fingers causing Y/N to clench her fist.

"Do you all see this? I suggest you guys tell your new friend here that she should behave." Ms. Yang told the other students.

"Anyways you're dismissed you can all go home." 

Y/N is beyond mad right now. Yes, she's a teacher, but she has no right to talk like that towards her students. Y/N saw the look on the students faces. They're all scared of her. They're all putting up with her shit, but there's no way that Y/N will.

"Y/N right?" A girl asked when Y/N was gathering her stuff in the dressing room. 

"My name is Yena. Nice to meet you." The girl extended her hand for a hand shake. Y/N hesitated at first but eventually accepted the hand shake.

"I saw what just happened out there. You're not the first one to talk back to her like that." 

"It seemed like I was though. All of you just keep quiet." Y/N said in frustration.

"That's because the ones that talked back... Well, they're not here anymore."

"They left? Good for them." Y/N started to walk but Yena followed her.

"They didn't leave because they wanted to, they left because Ms. Yang gave them no choice. She's going to do the same to you. Now that you talked back to her, she's going to target you and make it very hard for you to stay here. She's going to keep going until you leave yourself." Yena explained.
