Nancy's P.O.V

"...and action!"

"Are you ready?" Braden whispers, bringing his face closer to mine.

"No. I'm not..." I whisper equally.

Our lips aren't really moving as we speak. We are just trying to have a small pep talk about the coming kiss, cause apparently, we are acting the scene now.

I can't believe it's happening.

"It's going to happen now anyways." He whispers before he crashes his lips on mine, bringing his hands to cup my face.

I immediately break it, coughing in the process. "Stop! I can't do this. I'm so sorry, but I can't!"

My hands are shaking.

"Cut!"

Braden exhales, closing his eyes forcefully. I'm sure he's pissed.

"Come on, Nancy! For the love of God! It's just a one minute kiss. Jesus!" Kennedy exclaims, slapping his forehead.

A 'one minute kiss' I wasn't informed I'll have!

"I can't. I - you know what? Let me take a break..." I tell him, looking for a good excuse to breathe. If I don't, I might faint.

Kennedy checks his wristwatch, "There's no time for that. We have only thirty minutes to act this scene, and it's a wrap for today. Get your shit together already."

"Yea, Nancy. Get your shit together..." Braden mumbles under his breath.

I'm sure you're wondering how we skipped to the kissing scene so fast... Let's just say it's been 4 days already.

It's Thursday.

We've been consistent and devoted ever since Monday.

When Braden showed up at work on Monday, I asked how him and Rebecca were... He told me everything was fine.

...but what I didn't understand and I don't still understand, is why he has been acting like he hates me.

Maybe he found out that I deleted the missed call he got from Rebecca...

I don't really know.

That aside, we've been acting great. He's a great actor though. I'll give him credit for that. One minute, before Kennedy or one of the other assisting directors says action, he's glaring at me - then after 'action' has been said, he goes completely cool.

I don't like the tension I feel when he's close.

Cassius wasn't able to do anything about Oscar's change of character. The directors explained that there was nothing they could do. Mr Harry, the main producer is beginning to pressure them. He's making inquiry about the film too much of recent.

So, Cassius agreed - but he didn't forget to insult Braden and warn me to be careful with him.

I know Cassius is trying to protect me, but he's the one that got me into the stress and mess in the first place. I didn't tell him that though. He did tell me to try something different (to stop acting action movies always).

...but he didn't tell me that I'd kiss! The deed is done unfortunately. I can't change it, but I need time. This is so hard for me to process. It's hard for me to just go kissing someone - all of a sudden.
